Tapping her knuckles softly on the always-open door, Hermione looked around quietly. Dr. Evans was busy, as was Dr. Potter, so Hermione had taken it upon herself to hold responsibility for checking up on Harry. Not as often as Sirius, but periodically, as she saw fit. “Harry? It’s Hermione. Are you doing okay? You seemed upset yesterday. If you need to talk, I’m right here.”

“I’m not surprised. I can be a bit confusing sometimes. I was trying to explain that shutting yourself away from everyone else can leave permanent negative effects. Sorry for getting too science-y about it.” She did honestly feel bad, since most of the others never understood her ‘technical, fancy talk.’ That’s why she usually broke it down for them. She wasn’t rude like some of the others. Mostly the violent one.
“Afternoon, Hermione! He’s doing a bit better, doesn’t seem as agitated as he was earlier. How did your conversation with him go?”
“He actually didn’t talk. He just sat there, looking like he was about to cry. It was heartbreaking having to watch something like that happen to him, since he acts like he’s on Cloud Nine most of the time.”

“Good morning, sir! Are you here to see someone? If that’s the case, you’re a bit early. Visiting hours don’t begin for another---” She looked down at her watch, just so she had the right time. The wall clock wasn’t really reliable. “Ten minutes. You’re welcome to wait around, though. If you need anything, ask for Hermione.”
“NO, THEY DON’T! they don’t give a shit about me! they fucking hate me!” HE GLARED AT her, knowing she was wrong here. Petunia and Vernon couldn’t care less about what happened to Harry, and he knew it. Why else would they ignore him? They hated him because he was a wizard. That’s why they wanted nothing to do with him.
“Okay, Harry, calm down. There’s no need to get upset over this. I know you think they don’t care, but they really do. They just want you to be okay. You mean a lot to them. You’re part of their family, they want to keep you safe.” Hermione was certain that probably wouldn’t help the situation at all, but she was obligated by law to tell him the facts. The truth was he was imaginative, even if it wasn’t a stable sense of imagination. His parents did care about him. He meant the world to them. But it seemed like Harry was so blinded by his own fantasy that he couldn’t see the truth.
“IMAGINATIVE. SURE. THAT’S just a nicer way of saying i’m mad, isn’t it? because that’s exactly what my aunt and uncle told me.” HE CROSSED HIS arms, looking away from the female. he’d heard so many people call him imaginative that he didn’t believe anyone who called him that anymore. he knew it was probably just a lie at this point.
She sighed, not trying to have meant anything wrong. When Harry mentioned his aunt and uncle, it took Hermione a few seconds to realize he meant his parents. Not the people he thought were his parents, but his actual ones. “Harry, that’s not what I meant. I just meant to say that you’re more creative. You can think of things that people wouldn’t even think possible. I know that your --- your aunt and uncle see things differently from you, but they care. They just want to help you.”

“I’M NOT CRAZY, right, hermione? you believe me, right?”
Oh, no. She’d only ever been alone with Harry one other time, and he wouldn’t even speak to her then. Now he was asking her if she thought he was insane? Where was Dr. Evans when you needed her? She couldn’t tell him what she really thought, which is what everyone thought, that he was highly mentally unstable. She wasn’t the best with lies, but she’d try. Hopefully it worked. “No, you’re not, Harry. You’re just imaginative. There’s a big difference. You’re here because your imagination is overactive. You’re having a hard time telling the difference between real and imaginary. You’re just special, is all.”

The world is made up of many things. The sky, the ground, the woods, the animals, it’s all things that work together, to make the world continue spinning, and so that the humans can live in harmony. But of course, what is it that controls these things? Well, those would be the embodiments.
Embodiments are beings that are as old as the world itself, each having their own special part of the world that they take care of. Whether it be a species of animal, or so piece of human nature, they all have their own abilities to keep things working the way they are supposed to. And despite what an important role these people play, most humans don’t even know they exist. After all, most of their time is spent invisible, only visible to other embodiments, or sometimes, to no one at all.
But just because of their age, it doesn’t make them above arguments. Above looking down upon each other. After all, some are still considered more important than other, despite how untrue such a thing may be.
-RULES-
I mean the obvious ones apply here, don’t godmod, be respectful to each other.
While the embodiments can fight and all of that, they cannot die, but feel free to knock each other out with fighting and stuff like that.
Since this is a group au, it will be a singleship verse, so yeah, that should be known
Plotting and stuff is encouraged! Just make sure you talk with other mun and stuff and have fun.
Face duplicates are allowed, just make sure you talk with the other muns first.
Please only two characters for mun, yeah.
You can do cool tags and stuff, but the basic tag for this is ( v; the embodiments. ).
