Art and the Artist

Art truly is the only way we can separate ourselves from everything else. It's such a unique way of expression, can we do anything without art? can we live without creating?

There's this unspoken intimacy in sharing something you've made, trusting someone to not only see but judge your most personal feelings.

Writing, painting, music, god even movies and videogames all this apparently useless things we spend so much time in. They truly bring us together, show us new worlds, sharing thoughts and emotions in the most beautiful ways.

Where do we put the limit? does art have to mean something? express something? make you feel? i see beauty in a field of flowers, peaceful, full of colours and hope. If i take a picture of it, doesn't matter how bad it is or if i make my field justice, it would be art. Now, the flowers were art by themselves? What about one flower? the dirt underneath? in which moment of me looking at it does it become art? when i find it moving? would i be the artist or nature itself? i'm nothing but a spectator yet i'm interacting so much.

To live is to make art, we can't help but to have an impact, cause feelings on people and therefore being artists just by existing as humans.
