You open the sandwich dispenser manual and notice every page has been ripped out. Various shapes with letters inside them have been drawn on the inside of the front cover. Below the shapes is a strange code, VVRCR1JWSlZTVDA9, with 643 pointing to it. Written on the inside of the back cover is the message "NO MORE SANDWICHES". It seems like the previous inhabitant of this room did not like pages in books or sandwiches.

You reach inside the safe and take the cardboard box out. It is a plain cardboard box. There is nothing written on the sides. Instead of safely placing the box on the floor and opening it, you decide to turn the box upside-down and let the contents fall all over the floor. A book and 5 strange keycards fall out of the box. The book is the operators manual for some sort of sandwich dispenser and the strange keycards have a symbol on one side and a black magnetic stripe on the other.

Of course! It seems so obvious now that you think about it. You wonder how whoever wrote the note was unable to figure it out. You walk to the safe and enter the 6 digit number on the front cover. Sounds of mechanical movement is heard inside the safe and the safe is unlocked. You open the safe and look inside. There is a cardboard box in the safe.

You go to the bookshelf and begin looking through the books. Bizarrely, most of the books were completely blank with nothing written on the pages. You open the brown book and notice various pages have been ripped out. As you flick through the remaining pages, you find what seem to be journal entries. All of these journal entries were inane ramblings about pants, sandwiches and the rug. However, one page caught your eye. It was titled SAFE and contained a table of numbers with a missing segment of six numbers. On the bottom of the page was the sentence "I CANT FIGURE IT OUT".

After considering the moral issues regarding throwing sandwiches, you pick up the sandwich and throw it across the room. The sandwich is now under the bed. You feel assertive and are now more confident in your sandwich throwing ability.

You reluctantly take a bite of the sandwich. It tastes terrible. The bread was clearly stale and the meat was rancid. It takes all of your strength to swallow the awful piece of sandwich. You feel you cannot take another bite. Only a cruel sadist would force you to eat the entire sandwich. You are no longer on speaking terms with the sandwich.

You attempt to talk to the sandwich. You ask the sandwich questions about its life and how it feels to be a sandwich, but receive no response. You tell stories about your life but the sandwich continues to ignore you. You now feel rejected and sad.

You examine the sandwich. After staring at it for several minutes, you determine it does not contain any types of poisons, diseases, curses, hexes, enchantments or any other deadly things. You examine the texture of the bread. It feels slightly hard and seems stale. You examine the meat but are still unable to determine the type of meat in the sandwich. It does not smell good.

You push the red button. You hear the sound of machinery moving inside the walls. The sound of a loud buzzer is emitted from a part of the room and a sandwich drops into the hole in the wall. The glass panel lifts and you can see the sandwich. It is a plain sandwich consisting of two slices of bread and a slice of meat. You are not sure what this meat is made of. As you continue staring at the sandwich, you begin to feel hungry. You are not sure when you last ate some food.

The room is filled with a bright light. You are now in a large room. It is better furnished than your previous room. Perhaps somebody else was in here? You look around the room.

To your left, there is a table and a strange glass hatch with a red button. On the left side of the opposite end of the room, there is a bookshelf with various books. Above the bookshelf, there is a vent with a metal grating. Directly in front of you, there is a door with some sort of device beside it. On the right side of the opposite end of the room, there is a bed. To your right, there is another device. It looks like some sort of safe. On the ceiling to your right, there is a security camera. It is looking at another corner of the room and does not seem to be on. On the floor, there is a brown rug. It has a terrible design and you do not like it. There are no windows inside this room.
