Okay guys this is my idea
After developing severe pneumonia during his first year of university, Daichi spent an extended period in hospital and completed his studies privately. Although he has recovered, the illness left lasting effects; he is noticeably thinner than he was in high school, suffers from mild anemia, tires more easily, and is sensitive to the cold. Small IV scars remain on his arms, and he tends to hide any signs of weakness behind his usual, dependable, reassuring nature.
Daichi studies marine biology and shares a second-year biogeochemistry class with Oikawa and Suga, who are both pursuing pharmacy. Despite having feelings for Oikawa, Daichi believes Oikawa and Suga are in love, having spent years observing the easy closeness and affection between them. Unbeknownst to him, Oikawa had initially developed feelings for Suga, but later came to misinterpret Daichi’s discomfort around the two of them as evidence that Daichi was in love with Suga instead. Suga, meanwhile, remains close friends with Oikawa and is largely unaware of the extent of either boy’s feelings, though his natural perceptiveness allows him to notice tensions others might overlook. Their relationships are shaped by mutual misunderstandings, quiet affection, and a reluctance to interfere with what each believes to be someone else’s happiness.
