I remember my former, Prof. Sir Ley Gripal. He taught us on how bloom's taxonomy clearly works with educators.

The Noblest Profession in the World
Teaching is a noble profession that comes with so much responsibility and duty towards students. Teachers do not only teach and impart knowledge but inspire and motivate students for life and take important steps in life. They keep working to boost the confidence of students and direct them in the right direction. There were many teachers who dedicated all their life on empowering their students and making them better and more successful human beings in their life.
One such example of a teacher who dedicated their life to teaching students is Ma'am Menchie Del Soccoro, My former teacher when I was senior high school. She was my religion teacher and now that I'm taking education as my program. I interviewed her and suprisingly educ is not her chosen program and she said that it is a calling of God for her. Teaching became her passion and nothing can stop her now because her commitment and compassion burns everyday.
According to survey Nearly half â 48% â of 6,000 teachers surveyed in November said they had considered changing jobs in the past month, up from 32% in June, according to data from Teachers Pay Teachers, an online marketplace for curriculum content created by teachers for teachers. If we could think of it other teachers may shifted career right away but the remaining percentage of teacher who stays is admirable. We can see that no matter small the salary is, they will continue to serve and impart knowledge to every students because of compassion and love in teaching.

ANALYSIS
In the importance of reading assessment, the author stated that âAs they lead their students on the marathon of learning, it is essential for teachers to establish the start line, the finish, and plan for frequent âcheckpointsâ along the way.â I absolutely agree with this statement because it is a fact that teachers also define here as a roadmap of the student in the process of learning, and these will be effective using various types of assessments that are also mentioned in the given article. The diagnostic assessment that administers pre-tests, formative assessment that focuses during the midst of the learning process and lastly is the summative assessment that answers the question âHow effective was instruction?â at the end of the instructional period.
I agree with the author that she included these three parts of assessment since these are the branches or what connects with the main idea. Interim assessment on the other hand is way too broad and confusing at the same time. Yes, it is an effective type of assessment as well but I disagree with the inclusion of it. Why does it have to be in the middle part of the assessment? Why shouldn't it be in the end? Because it talks about the overall performance of a larger group or population (grade, school, District), while the three other assessments focus on the classroom-based assessment.
Lastly, I want to point out that I completely agree with the learnerâs zone of proximal development (ZPD). Teaching to the âsweet spotâ because this will help the students to learn fast and more effectively since the instructions are way more connected to the students' thinking and learning. Overall, the journal is very informative and useful in the future especially for the teachers in the making.
SYNTHESIS
"Assessments are the tools and methods used by educators to improve student learning.â Managing a classroom with various assessments is one of the important parts of being an educator in taking an active role in giving instruction and learning to the students. In the previous discussion in the "Standards for the Assessment of Reading and Writing" of the National Council of Teacher of English and the International Reading Association.
Standard number 2 states how the teacher is important as a primary agent of each student because teachers themselves have seen how each student develops their skills inside the class. They are the ones who also observe why students are having difficulty in the learning process. Hence, as agents of assessments, Teachers must take the responsibility for making and sharing judgements about students achievements and progress. There are assessments that need to be implemented in order to allow educators to scale each students' knowledge and it would be through diagnostic test/assessment and it can guide teachers as well on listing learning objectives, concepts and lesson planning.
Furthermore, In the "Standards for the  Assessment of Reading and Writing of Teacher of English and the International Reading Association" states in standard number 3 that the very purpose of assessment is to determine where and what phase & content to improve in  order for students to keep up in learning.
