‘Doing well’ DOES NOT look the same for everyone. Right now I’m feeling better than I have in a long time, and what’s making me feel that way?: 🍒I’ve put on weight 🍒I’ve stopped setting myself big ‘10 year goals’ 🍒And I’ve stopped putting pressure on myself not to procrastinate ALL of those things are pushed by society as ‘what not to do’ and how ‘not to be successful at life’. And I couldn’t disagree more. Last month I was clinically underweight, trapped in the restraints of an eating disorder and stressed up to my eyeballs. And these steps are what got me back on the road to recovery. The truth is there are no set rules that decide whether or not your life's on track. That’s something you have to decide for yourself. Remember that you’re not alone and we can get through anything together 🖤 P.S. If you’re struggling with your mental health, I want to help. Right! I’ve only got one day at @mcmcomiccon so I’m gonna have to make the most of it on turbo speed.
