I feel really strongly about fighting my own screen addiction because I know that children are constantly watching me by the virtue of me being an adult. I am going to have kids one day and I don't want them to believe life is compulsively staring at a screen. that life is atrophy. and even if they aren't my kids, I don't want to be another adult staring at a box while a little girl looks on, her parents staring at boxes too.
