Why didn’t Dura and Era intervene?

They trust Gen enough to not go full force, but they're also terrible judges of what may be too far or not.

After all, Gen would know Ash the best, especially with his Lucario typing

Do Era, Dura, and Gen have a time limit to how long they can stay there? Or is it just as long as Pepper can hold them together?

They do have a time limit- whenever Pepper scrounges up the energy to bring them back.

The bright yellow spots on their body are very important because it's showcasing their anchor- when it turns to a normal color, they'll be brought back home.

Honest to Arceus I adore the way you write Gen, and the lore you've written for Lucario's into the reasoning behind her actions, and why she realizes she messed up.

Would anyone else have been able to get through to Ash in this moment had Gen not stepped up to fight him, even if Gen went too hard about it?

Not really, Ash is still part Lucario and a lot of those attributes shine through because he's such a High Expression Mewtwo.

He's following the tells of his instincts that he *doesn't know a thing about.* all of this is because he's never had an opportunity to express or figure out how to express himself.

Gen is teaching him- albeit no one really realizes it because- as she said- they have conversations through fighting. Something Ash seems to understand.

Remember that last frame where he finally calms down and tears up- you do not know what she told him.

But he does.

Where exactly did Gen hit Dura? Cause we can see with Era it looks like they (forgot pronouns-) got yeeted, but we only get the “crack” of the impact

Gen hit Era right in the stomach- the force of their punch was enough to launch em back.

Dura on the other hand- would get hit in the head. There isn't really an option for him as opposed to Era.

She ISN'T right for your information, she really went over the top and she only has herself to blame for believing the words of people she presumed knew better than she did.

That and she is not gonna take Dura and Era at their word when they could have stopped her (or at least tried) when she was overdoing it. They may not be to blame for her actions, but they are to blame for their inaction.

What would the rest of Dura's sentence have been if Dura was given the chance to finish it?

"W-wait, I'm supposed to be the one mad at you. Why are you pissed off all of a sudden?"

Dura just spoke too slow and he did NOT dodge despite being able to.

She can and she does it 99% of the time.

Lucarios rarely takes disrespect lying down. They are far more lenient to the young of their species, healing them after a dispute to make sure young Lucario know they are still safe.
