YOUR ART ON TUMBLR IS BEING USED TO TRAIN AI!

The setting that prevents your work being used to train AI models is turned off by default! I had no idea about this until now! Artists, go to your settings, click “visibility”, and turn on this setting! Protect your work!

So, how to find this setting (on the webpage):

Go to the Settings gear on the left column of your Dashboard. Below the categories on the right of the screen are the names of your blogs. (Not the list on the left, which open those blogs.) Click on one of those right-column blogs and scroll all the way down to see the "Prevent third-party sharing" toggle described above... turn on. You will wind up hitting the Back arrow of your browser to get back to the blog list so you may continue changing this setting for your blogs.

AI art could never replace human art because a robot cannot study the way their best friend lies next to them on their bedroom floor while they watch her gesticulate as she talks about Adult Swim cartoons, their arm lying on her stomach, then translate her figure onto a page in their ratty notebook later, or sketch out the waitress taking their order at a diner or a cashier at a gas station while they wait in line to buy a bag of nasty chips. A robot could not achieve this amount of intimacy because a robot cannot feel that much love for any person, nor ever experience anything that human.
