This kid gets it!
I guess I should be making this official, to anyone who has yet to unfollow this blog.
Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing Maxwell into the new rp group. But not because I’ve lost interest or anything, I do still want to do rping. But instead for the following reason.
Because I’m going to be apping as Charlie instead.
And what does that mean? Well, as I posted earlier, Maxwell has met with an unfortunate end at the final hours of Hive City. And Charlie is the cause of that. Of course the fun comes with the fact that Charlie is still here... so let’s just say... Charlie ended up more than she bargained when she wanted to stay here.
So yes. I’ll be making a new blog for Charlie for Isola when it officially opens.
I hope you’ll welcome her with open arms as you did with Maxwell.
umbralsun:
“…pardon, who are you?” They can’t possibly still be getting new faces in… And even if she’s not new, who would be so foolish as to accept food from a stranger?
“Oh, are you local? And here I was worried that all of you have disappeared already.” Charlie cheerful chimed as a plate of shortcake was lifted up to the stranger. “My name’s Charlie, sweetie. How about your name?”
“Seeing as this city is falling apart, I was wondering if anyone was hungry!”
“I made shortcake!”
“I just realized, I need some souvenirs from here! Maybe I could take someone back with me too! Wouldn’t that just be amazing, having someone other than Maxy to tell me about what happened in this city. But everyone’s fading away... maybe there’s still someone out there I can bring back with me.”
“You know what would go nice here? A nice big swamp. I could put a lot of things in a swamp. A whole bunch of life and the sorts! We could have merms over here, and a bunch of mosquitoes over there! And maybe in the middle of it, a nice big village full of goats and pigs!”
How many threads do you want to make today in the frozen time?
ALL OF THEM!
@tailoredtokill
“Ah, hello there! I was wondering if there were any boutiques in this city, and although it looks like it’s ready to fall apart, I was so happy to find a place like this. Tell me, do you have any hats for sale?”
If any of you want to see the last place that is still technically Maxwell, here’s my twitter.
“Is everyone saying goodbye already? Aww, but I just came here! Oh well, I guess I should have expected it with the mess that Maxwell must have caused here. But it’s okay! Seeing as everyone is saying good-bye, I’ll say good-bye as well.”
“So good-bye, you strange city. Maybe if I had a chance to stay, I could have gotten to know you all better. And then we could all have quite an enjoyable time. Now isn’t that right, Maxy?”
“... H-help.. m-” Maxwell managed to utter before a snap of her fingers caused the magician to disappear into a shadowy portal.
“Don’t mind him. He’s such a downer, after all. Anyway, ta-ta, I guess. Though I would love to see just when happens when everything is gone! Maybe I can make this my own home away from home!”
She’s shaking, sobbing near uncontrollably. There’s no stopping this mess, and really, Willow looks a bit sick.
“I-I can’t go back. I can’t lose another eternity to that damn island. Please… Just let me fade out with this place. I’m scared to go home.”Â
Willow is losing herself, losing her form, given how her body flickers in and out, how she sparks and flickers like a spark on paper.Â
And like a mysterious specter, there was Charlie, a grin on her face as she stared at the fading fire starter.
“Oh hello there, Willow! I didn’t even noticed you were here! How odd, seeing as I know everything. What’s the matter? You look like you’re so unhappy! Why would you be unhappy with going back? There’s so much entertaining things back there!”
falseau:
Oh no. This is one of those encounters you can’t actually escape from.Â
“… well, I’m going to guess you’re the kind of person that would do it anyway even if I said no, right?” A sigh. Right, well - this world’s gonna end anyway. You only came to see the resulting light show - so how bad could it be to humour some obviously evil woman? Â
“Alright. Show me this trashcan you speak of.”Â
“Just uh,” You click your tongue, “ — just don’t shove me into it, alright? I don’t think I could handle the irony of it.”Â
“Oh I would never dream of doing that, dearie. After all, we can’t be mixing trash that doesn’t mix well now can’t we?”
Charlie chuckles a bit as she twirls her hand slightly. Though she had just send Maxwell back, it wouldn’t hurt to parade him around. Under proper care, of course. In-between her and Robin, a small portal appeared, and spat out a familiar face.
“Ah... ah...” was all that Maxwell could utter, glaring at Robin with a shaken look.
“He really has been quite the troublemaker, haven’t you Maxy?” Charlie chimed, an eerily cheerful tune to her tone. “But it’s okay now, I’ve taken him back where he belongs where he won’t be bothering anyone again, now isn’t that right?”
Let it be remembered that in these final hours, Maxwell got sent back by Charlie and now she’s here intrigued by how messed up this city is right now.
What a way for me to bring closure to all this.
falseau:
“Yes, order! Order, order. Yeah! I uh, understand.” Did it suddenly get like, 5 degrees colder? A nervous chuckle escapes your lips as you back away - slowly, carefully, wondering whether it was a mistake to come back for one last hoorah.Â
“Anyway, I - uh, gotta see a guy about a trashcan now. See ya!”Â
And you bailed.Â
And just as immediately you bailed, you are unbailed. There is no escaping Charlie once she has even the slightest interest in you. Good job, pal.
“A trashcan? Oh what’s this about a trashcan? Maybe it’s someone I know. Because I know someone who I could consider quite a trashcan, dearie. Would you like to go meet them?”
CHARLIE N O PEOPLE ARE IN PAIN
“HI PAIN.”
“I’M CHARLIE!”
“Oh my, there’s so many people here who seem to be so scared of leaving this place and going home. You know, how about I help out? I know a nice place where I could take people. A real nice and safe place where you won’t have to worry about the past anymore.”
“Yes, I can help you all quite immensely in these trying times. Just let Auntie Charlie help you dearies out.”
falseau:
“Hey, don’t ruin this! This is my big comeback-sike moment!”Â
“Besides, you can’t police me! I’m not even in this group! You can’t control me!”Â
“Do you honestly think I care about that, dearie? If I did, then I wouldn’t be here.”
“And besides, what’s so wrong in policing you? We need a little order still, right? And controlling you is something I could easily do with a snap of my fingers, but I won’t. I’m a kind person, after all!”
