Grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and steamed brown rice. Being a mom of a six month old, and a 10 year old I sometimes forget to take care of myself. I sometimes forget to eat lunch so I started meal prepping again this week. I want to make sure I'm staying on top of my nutrition to fuel my body. It was awesome to know I had a prepped meal waiting for me after I got home from the gym!! 💪 hitting my goals one day at a time. I've increased the times I'm working out during the week from 2 days a week to 4 days. I am starting to see a difference already and it's only been three weeks. Don't lose sight of your goals. If they don't seem to be working change your strategy. You will achieve them if you just keep trying.
