iPad Air

So I've now got a new device to play around with ..an iPad air. The most notable thing about this is that it's the first time I'm using a 64 bit ARM chip. Only two days in and I've already got used to the absurdly amazing retina display. That huge pixel dense display however that absolutely no impact of the performance of this iPad. It performs everything at massive speed. Overall...super impressed.

Everyone knows what this is :D

AudioTechnia ATH-M50's

The AudioTechnica ATH-M50's have impressed me beyond any other headphones ever! The frequency response is very flat, they don't have unnecessary gains in specific regions (Beats for example hugely give frequency to the low end, but the attenuation in the mid to high end is pretty sad, that's why the quality of music is so low on those Beats headphones!)

If you listen to all kinds of music; these are the headphones for you. You'll hear instruments that you hadn't before, it is like rediscovering the entire music collection. I highly recommend it!

The issue of dwindling returns comes up when you plan to spend anything north of $100 for headphones. As far as I can tell, my ears are mighty pleased.

So let's break it down:

Sound quality - Awesome!

Frequency response - Flat!

Looks - Not bad. Nah, just pure engineering perfection!

Price - Perfect. (These are a steal for ~$100-120)

Get them!
