Hi Vijay, may be the file that you record form your computer is not in .mp3 format. i had that problem before. If that is the case then you should first convert the file into mp3 format. There are different websites you can look for. like http://media.io/ and so many other,just Google it. Just look for the format of file you are trying to upload.

A lack of opportunity to speak English is a very common problem for people around the world who want to improve their skills with the language. Making English part of your daily routine, part of your life, is very important for your improvement with the language!
One small correction for you Vijay: make sure that you have a space after each period/full-stop.

Great suggestions Vijay. You are right about the school thing. In general,and specifically i, peoples dont practice regularly. We should be more consistent. but we dont do that. We should involves ourselves more into group activities to get confident and some fluency in speaking. Even if we read grammer and vocab and all we still have to practice. so this is the main key. we all know that.
Regarding feedback,i would like to point out some corrections. you should use punctuations a bit more clearly. and there are some grammatical mistakes also like...
