the points were actually based off of the original version of crown of shadows called "adventure forward 2.5: elemental disaster" from 2019, which starred four elemental points of fire, water, earth and air

the trailer itself was 100% a jojo reference tho

about the points having gendered pronouns - af1hd is officially canon because rover now owns it, so..? besides, isn't 'nonbinary' just not adhering to the gender binary??? they're already nb. just because they're using gendered pronouns... and where was it announced that they're binary? where is the official announcement stating they're binary??

yeah, it’s canon! thats why i dont like it one bit and why i want it to change.

and them being binary? it wasnt an official announcement by any means, but katt (a dev for cos, who checked with other devs before responding to my question) confirmed that they are binary in the af wiki discord yesterday.

idk how this site works but i just want to clarify that the verification that i was talking about was just me going through the dialogue and im sorry for not making that clearer. however, i have actual verification from the devs that the points are agender but use their prepoint pronouns (trussey is still a girl tho) hope this clears thing up!
