So maybe Charlotte/Ceceâs motivation for killing Bethany Young isnât what everyone thinks it is. Maybe Charlotte killed Bethany for her mom (Mary) because Bethany pushed Marion Cavanaugh, her best friend, off the roof. And it was really just for revenge for her mother.
