Alecto & Ted || Past and Present
Ted let Alecto speak her jumbled sentences without interruption. He continued healing her as she whispered her thoughts and questions for him to hear. His blood had immediately started boiling when she’d refused to allow him to heal the freshly carved initials blotched upon her leg. It took most, if not all, of his self control not to track Amycus down in that moment. Who was he to go around branding people as though they were his personal possessions? How did he get off, slicing into Alecto both mentally and physically? He tried to ignore the anger, focus on his healing, and for a moment the task seemed to hold the uncharacteristic aggression at bay. Until, of course, she suggested that they ignore the situation and leave Amycus un-confronted.
With an almost urgent, desperate and pleading look dominating Ted’s eyes, he looked Alecto into her own and forcibly spoke one word, “No.” He hadn’t even noticed, but one hand, the one not wielding his cedar wand, had slammed against the table absently emphasizing his anger at the idea of standing idly by while the torture continued. Realizing, perhaps, that he had been too loud, Ted shot a nervous glance around the library before continuing to speak in an urgent whisper, keeping his eyes pointed at the table and for some reason unable to stare back into hers. “If you ignore this…” Ted waved to her body for emphasis, “Don’t be fooled for a second. It will continue.” He was practically pleading with her, willing her to stay away from the abuse that was bound to only worsen. “And I don’t judge you. I mean, not for this anyways.” He’d be lying if he said he hadn’t judged the girl sitting idly before him in the past. Alecto had proven to be a cruel, malicious, and despicable girl. But, despite all his instincts yelling at him for doing so, Ted couldn’t help pitying the frail figure before him.
He reached up towards the Slytherin and gently pushed up on her chin, only making physical contact with her for a second, forcing her to look him in the eyes. “And it’s normal to want to protect him. He’s your brother. He’s you’re family. But you don’t need this in your life. You don’t need to protect someone so obviously volatile.” Ted shrugged the fact that Alecto was equally as volatile from his mind, rationalizing and insisting that she must be this way because of how Amycus had both mentally and physically scarred her. He briefly asked himself why he cared so much about Alecto’s predicament. However, he immediately berated himself for even asking the question. He’d help anyone, despite who they were or what they’d done in the past, who so obviously needed it. Though the thought did calm him down slightly, and Ted began looking at the situation a little bit more rationally. “I don’t think it’d be wise to go looking for physical confrontation outright. I’ll try talking to him, see if that will do any good. But if he continues, or if one more mark appears on your body…” Ted’s voice grew steely and cold once again and his wand hand gripped the cedar in a vice like grip, sending a few sparks shooting from the end. He let the statement die between them, the threat unfinished.
She jumped at the sound of his palm hitting the table- not because she was scared but because she hadn't expected it, she hoped the mistake on her part would make her more believable, more fragile looking-more fearful. Really she was just surprised that she could stir such emotion from someone who only days before had denied her any help. "I don't have anybody else" she said blankly- "Mom is dead, dad is worse" she drew her hands away from him, rubbed her fingertips against her small arms and leaned back a little. She felt like she had loose lips- or maybe not so much loose as she suddenly felt the urge to want to share what had always been eating away inside her- perhaps for the simple truth that he'd tell her that she was wrong. That that would make her feel better for only a moment, if she was going to use him like this, she might as well use him to shell out her worries. She was getting everything she wanted and all she really needed to do was prey on someone who listened.
"He's punishing me- for what I did" she reasoned to him, she wanted him to hear her- she wanted him to acknowledge her predicament, she wanted one person to know and then be too fearful to tell anyone else, not that Amy was the one who punished her- her father did. Too fearful due to the damage that she was sure Amy would bestow when he put two and two together- a man who'd seen the cut so high up her thigh had to be the one who'd rolled around in her bed. Someone who knew her deepest darkest woes, he'd be overwhelmed with jealousy, he'd be poised to destroy. "Mom died while giving birth to me so I killed her" she nodded and she did believe this- she believed it down to the core in her small body. Mom had died because of her, she'd sucked the life out of her- she'd caused this woman's death and in turn her father and her family's misery. She DID deserved to be punished- she was a bad seed from the get-go, a bad seed since birth and since she was so terrible- she'd live to her rightful fate and continue with her misdeeds. She'd make herself feel better the more harsher she was with her victims, the more cruel, the more deceptive, the more manipulative.
She stared at him- he was suddenly so hellbent on protecting her and she wondered why so many people were this way, why they cared so deeply for others and their misfortunes. Were we all not created to survive merely for ourselves? Was that not written into our evolutionary nature? And why was she missing this thought process- this gene, had it died along with her mother? "Okay" she nodded, looking down at her knees- "But I have to warn you... he's scary" she mumbled and boy, was that an understatement.
Amycus // Alecto: Firewhiskey
Amycus threw his head back and almost let a groan escape his lips as she marked his skin. Pleasure and pain raced through his veins, and he locked eyes with Alecto as she pulled at his bloodied hair and moaned. Amycus breathed in the salty, metallic smell of blood as if it was his drug and he was addicted. Her words were true and he couldn’t deny it one bit. ”Forever’s an awfully long time, sister” he murmured into her ear. “You know, I had always thought you were a little virgin… Was he your first?” he asked, demanding to know. ”Some bloke took my baby sister’s virginity and I don’t even know who. Don’t be so unfair, Al, you knew my first.” The more he thought her and the mysterious guy, the more disgusted and frustrated he felt. And frankly, he was scared of loosing Alecto. What if one day someone better than him, someone who was the love of her life came and stole her away from him? He highly doubted it but it wasn’t impossible, was it? He was terrified at the mere thought of loosing her and he wouldn’t even know how to manage without her. Amycus lifted his weight off her and left the bed, his breathing still a little ragged.
Standing in front of his bed, Amycus could feel the blood slowly make its way down his chest. “Obviously you’re not going to tell me who it is, so I guess I’m going to have to figure it out on my own. Damn you, Al.” He bent down and picked up his ripped shirt, using it to wipe away the scarlet blood on his naked torso. He watched as the the blood soaked the shirt, turning it an even darker shade. “Is there anything else you’d like to tell me before I go find someone to bring back to fuck?” After the intensity of their act, Amycus felt like a good shag would make the night even better, and there were plenty of girls in Hogwarts who could satisfy him. He felt like he was making no progress with her and he was afraid if he stayed in the same room for one more minute, he wouldn’t be able to control or pull himself away from her. “….Or if you just tell me who it was, I’ll let you sleep with me tonight.” By sleeping, Amycus meant sleeping, and not fucking (not that they have ever done that). When they were kids, they’d race to either one of their beds at every chance they had and they’d drift to sleep with Amycus’ arm wrapped around Alecto. They hadn’t slept in the same bed for months and he knew she wouldn’t let the offer pass easily. “Otherwise, you might want to get out of my bed before I bring a girl back… unless you’d like to watch.” he shrugged at her, knowing the thought of him shagging another girl in the very same bed they were just in would make her more jealous than she already was.
"It was a one time thing-" she spoke non-chalantly, poking at his chest with her finger, not answering about the virginity part. She was well aware her brother was a lot more experienced than she was and she wasn't sure what she'd been holding out on- she'd just never been nice enough to anyone for them to get close. Her eyes perked at the idea of sleeping with him but she knew she couldn't say a word- not yet, she couldn't tell until the time was right if she wanted her plan to be spun the way it should. But she was tired- really fucking tired and her whole body felt sore from the physical activity and resisting, she was bleeding all over his sheets. She sat up just enough to grab ahold of his arm and pulled him back to the bed, pulled him down with a yank and curled her thin body into his like she was a pet seeking comfort, nearly ready to whine. She interwove a leg with his and moved on to her side, her head on his bare chest and her arm swung clean around the top of his body. "Stay with me- please stay" she begged, she was unhinged, she'd burst into tears if he left her now or denied her his bed. "Stay or I'll go back to him" she murmured as she shut her eyes and drew circles with the tip of her finger on his chest, she was being gentle- she was being a good girl.
"You don't want me to right? You want to be the only person who gets to touch me, who gets to hold me?" she purred into his skin and kept her eyes closed. And as though she had to seal the deal, as though she had to put the cherry on top of the cake, she whispered the three tiny words that drove each other nuts, the words they were hungry for but nearly ever said to each other and never repeated to anyone else. Growing up the way they did it was a surprise they knew these words at all- mere fragments of them had aligned with each other when spoken out of a parents lips to a child they were merely witnessing. "I love you Amy" she nodded into his side, breathing evenly- swollen everywhere, "Please let me stay with you" she repeated and let her finger drop, let her palm slide on to the top of his fresh cut and rest there. Reminding him.

Judging from the unkempt look you also possess, I wouldn’t be pointing fingers, Ms. Carrow.
Also, you might want to wash the remains of your last ‘client’ off before you travel out. It’s quite unbecoming of what I suppose is supposed to pass as a lady.
'It' can talk.
I'd be careful Severus, wouldn't want to be the next thing I wear would you? Greasy never looked good on me, though my brother isn't so opposed.
Feels like a nice time to curl up with the new Potions book I purchased.
I prefer my daily routine.
And what is your routine exactly? Because it definitely doesn't look like it's wash, rinse, repeat. Ever heard of a bath?

Alecto & Ted || Past and Present
Admittedly, informing James or Lily of Amycus’ misdeeds was the first thing that had popped into his mind. Though he never talked to either of them much, Ted was still on decent terms with both the Heads. He didn’t want to go to a teacher, it just seemed like the right thing to do would be to inform the Heads and have them figure out the best course of action. It was clear to Ted, after all, that he was getting in way over his head with this situation. It wasn’t like anything he’d ever encountered before, and the emotions sweeping through him were practically unrecognizable. Rage at the blonde Amycus, who Ted was growing to hate, an emotion that was never present in Ted’s mind. Fear for the girl standing before him. and Disgust at whomever had created these monsters that Ted now found himself responsible for breaking up.
As these thoughts ran rampant through Ted’s mind, he became startled when Alecto latched onto his hands. His immediate response was to draw back and immediately break the contact. But who was he to cause this girl more pain? He’d bear holding onto her claws because she deserved some positive affection from someone, even if the pair of them didn’t exactly have the brightest history. But before he could dwell too much on the matter, she retracted her hands and looked as shocked as he felt. ‘Boy‘ Ted thought to himself, ‘This girl has all kinds of problems. Where to even start…’. But Alecto pointed out the obvious starting point for him. He didn’t-couldn’t- immediately act as she requested he heal her. Something stopped him, probably the shock of the whole situation. It was her final question that finally urged Ted into action. “No. No, Alecto.” He looked around the library. In the rush of emotion, he had spoken too loudly. Fortunately, they seemed to be alone. “You’re not anyones possession. I didn’t even know there was a freak sick enough to claim otherwise.” A part of Ted wondered how Amycus has carved so high up Alecto’s thigh, but he figured it must have been done this way to try and keep the secret.
“Sit down up here.” Ted patted the table and waited for her to oblige whilst drawing his wand. He wasn’t the best Wizard, not even close. Though he did have his strengths and weaknesses. Fortunately for him, and Alecto for that matter, Ted had spent a majority of last year developing his healing repertoire. It was something he’d always been interested in and, though he wasn’t exactly sure why, most people would probably come to the conclusion that it was because of his desire and need to help those around him. He traced her many cuts with his wand while he muttered the incantation. Though he was focused entirely on her many cuts, Ted couldn’t help but speak as he worked between spells. “So…” He began slightly awkwardly. “I suppose the question has presented itself. How the Hell am I supposed to stop Amycus without going to a superior?” Though Ted was only asking out of necessity. It was clear, blood rapidly pumping through his veins as he noticed all the fresh cuts decorating Alecto’s body, what needed to be done. He’d need to have a little discussion with the satanic child. He stopped his wandwork for a second, wanting to make sure they were on the same page. “What do you want me to do? How can I put an end to this?”
This wasn't what brothers did to sisters. She knew that long ago from talks to others that found her abused and shaken by one of her brother's bouts of anger- it was like an abusive relationship, no matter how many times she was bruised and scarred she'd come running back for more, craving their love- not feeling good enough for it due to the brainwashing her father had done to her for years. She felt faulty and shameful and she hid it in violent acts- anger built up inside her was forced upon her unlikely victims, she wanted them to feel how she felt inside, she wanted them to feel that pain. She wondered sometimes what life had been like if mom had stayed alive, if she hadn't killed her. Would she of been protective of her and Amycus? Let them sleep in her bed and hold them like she'd always yearned- as a child she'd always wanted to be lifted into her father's arms, a small child on the ground with her arms up and begging to be picked up, to be coddled- the physical desire a child feels to be comforted, he'd hit harshly at the top of her hands and little red welts would pile on her pale skin and miniature fingers. It wasn't difficult to play the victim because sometimes she thought she was, she was smart and she knew there were several layers she'd poured time into hiding, sometimes they were caked away like wallpaper but only when she was alone- that was how shallow they could be.
She was caught between difficult portions- a part of her knew it was wrong to be marked this way, to want to be caused pain and punishment by her own sibling- it was wrong to want to feel punished because she felt at fault for her entire life but the other knew that at times it felt very right- the only thing she couldn't question was the love for her brother. They'd both had very dark times- a darkness she was sure that students at Hogwarts would never know, she wasn't sure that anyone could ever understand the traumatics that had scowered her life. She'd been driven crazy but at the same time she'd chosen it. So, though she wouldn't admit it- it felt good to tell Ted these things- it felt good to let them leave her mouth for awhile because some of them were really how she felt and that was a fearful context she didn't like to place herself in.
So she let herself out a little as he healed her, her eyes focused on his wand as each new cut was fixed, she stopped him when it came to her inner thigh, "Not this one, he'd be mad if it wasn't there" she spoke quietly, her eyes moving up to scan the library overhead- she wanted to make sure they were still alone. "Do you judge me?" she spoke with watered eyes- "For not wanting to tell anyone? For wanting to protect him even though he...." she bit down on her own cut up lip, rolling her purple wrists up so he could fix them as well, reflections of when he'd held her down. "I don't know" she mumbled at his question, she sort of wished you could heal someone with hands- that she could feel a gentle touch for once and see what it was like, just to see- she regretted the wand at the tip of his fingers. Her thoughts tracing to when he'd backed away so suddenly from her loose grip on his hands, Alecto was never meant to be touched gently- she supposed she just wasn't the type of girl who ever would be. "Maybe you shouldn't talk to him at all... maybe I should just leave it..." she spoke hopelessly, this technically was apart of it, he wouldn't guess that she was trying to just trick him if she didn't even suggest the idea.
Alecto & Ted || Past and Present
Ted had been growing increasingly bored in History of Magic. Though he could clearly remember a time when the subject had fascinated him in his first few weeks under the roof of Hogwarts, Ted had grown tired of the subject ever since. Growing up in a Muggle household, Ted hadn’t been exposed to any ‘real’ history. He’d only been provided with a limited supply of Muggle facts, which he had found were often missing crucial tidbits involving magical intervention. Thus, it wasn’t the subject that bored Ted. In fact, he loved reading up on magical history. Rather, it was the droning tone their teacher insisted on using, even in death. Thankfully for Ted and the rest of his peers, the class was dismissed and they were free to go and enjoy their lunch break. Ted wasted no time in surrounding himself by his peers on their way out, laughing and joking around with them in a fashion very typical for him. It was only when, while making their way towards the Great Hall, did Ted remember that he had some research to do before his next class; Care of Magical Creatures.
Informing his friends where he was heading, and providing them with a rushed apology, Ted quickly made his way towards the library. Upon arriving, Ted was reminded that he really, really didn’t like it here. Though he didn’t mind reading on occasion, especially when he’d first been inducted into the Wizarding World and had been practically possessed with learning as much as he could, the quietness the library insisted upon grated at his very being. He selected a book off the shelf, Undesirable Ugalailies, and busied himself with the assigned reading. However, as he ran his eyes over the more important points, the sound of shoes hitting the floor began shattering his concentration. As he was about to reflexively look up to see who else was roaming the library, Ted became aware that a book was flying in his direction. Thanks to his Beater training, Ted managed to shift his posture slightly and avoid the blow though only realized after the fact that he wouldn’t have been hit anyways. As Ted took in the figure, he braced himself for some sort of attack. Alecto Carrow was standing before him, and that had almost always ended poorly in the past.
But Ted, as her words sunk in, immediately stood up and made his way towards the seemingly frail figure before him. His eyes were open wide in shock as her many pains became evident. What kind of monster could do this to their own sibling, their own flesh and blood? Again, after sharing only a few words with the Slytherin before him, Ted found himself thankful for being brought up in a loving and caring household. He couldn’t even begin to imagine what could cause this kind of ferocity amongst siblings. Ted was suddenly filled with a rare rage as he continued scanning her body, seeing the many signs of blood beginning to seep through her layers of clothing. He looked her in the eyes and took a breath before speaking. “I don’t care who you are or what you’ve done…” Alecto was horrid, Ted knew as much. She flaunted her pureblood beliefs for the world to hear and seemed to enjoy causing pain and chaos and he was probably a fool for getting involved in her business. But, still. Sitting on the sidelines and watching others get hurt just wasn’t in Ted’s nature. Nobody deserved this kind of fate. Not even Alecto Carrow “Your brother isn’t getting away with this.”
She wanted to smile- she actually found it extremely difficult not to by his ending statement. He was practically eating out of the palm of her hand- who said she wasn't intelligent? So, Ted would be hell bent on aiming his negativity towards Amycus- maybe go after him in a violent rage of justice? They'd duke it out and surely Amy would only gather that this was the person she'd slept with- even though it wasn't. Who else would see such scars? But what if Ted had a different plan up his sleeve? What if instead of seeking out her sibling, he told someone? A professor or something? She couldn't have that, she really couldn't- not while Amy was already on suspension. She definitely didn't want him kicked out of school for this, she'd be left all alone. She breathed out shakily- "Please don't tell anyone" she spoke, her voice cracked and muffled by her cut up lips. "Please... I'm ashamed . Besides, if a professor found out he'd be expelled and waiting for me when I get home, father will take his side- it'll be worse. Please let this be between me and you- I had to tell someone... I couldn't keep it in anymore" she spoke desperately and in a fluid rush that only urged the traumatic situation.
She gripped onto his hands, she'd read somewhere that sometimes physical contact could connect people more mentally- those small touches that no one ever really bothered to think about went a long way. It made you feel closer to someone- even if they were just brushing past you in a hallway. She wanted him to feel close to her in a touch that was different than what he'd expect of her. She let go just as suddenly, as though the idea of touching him so softly and emotionally was something she couldn't quite process herself- like she hadn't planned to do that all along and sat down in the seat he'd once been placed in. "Do you think you could heal me?" she spoke, her voice wavering- "At least stop the bleeding? I'd go to the nurse but she'd know who did this... this isn't the first time you know" she spoke, trying to feel trapped, running her hand up her long legs and pulling up her skirt until it reached to her upper thigh, she glanced up at him and then traced her finger along the bloodied carving her brother had dug into her skin in an angry rage. A.C. Amycus Carrow.
"He said I was his- I'd never be anyone else's" she spoke, not breaking her stare from Ted as her fingers continued to trace it. "That's wrong... isn't it?" though she knew the real answer to that- it was right, of course it was right. She had a brand just as he'd stuck a knife in her hand and nearly forced her to brand him as well- she was his too. But Tonks didn't need to know that. He only needed to know fragments, small fragments of what was happening- enough for him to feel something. "I was screaming and screaming but he wouldn't stop" she beckoned him closer- "I'm not anyone's, right?" she spoke, trying to sound puzzled.
All bored on a Friday?
That's unnatural.
Amycus // Alecto: Firewhiskey
Word after word that flowed from her lips angered Amycus more by the second. Alecto had never made him this jealous before; not even when he saw her kissing someone else and he nearly tore the house apart with his anger. Amycus raised his hand and slapped his sister across the face. The crack of skin contacting skin echoed off the walls. Vibrations of pain started in his palm and spread all the way down to his finger tips. His palm turned bright red, the same red mark that matched the one on Alecto’s face. As a brother, he should’ve felt something more than remorse, but he didn’t. Not one organ in his body could produce the guilt for his actions. Her words had unleashed that side of Amycus; the one when he’d hurt his sister without a single thought. “Don’t pull that with me. How about you tell me who it was now? Otherwise it looks like you’ll be messing with Dorcas on your own.” he threatened, his voice dangerous and rough. The coppery taste of their mingled blood lingered in his mouth, and his tongue licked away the drops that dripped from his lip. “You knew all the girls I fucked, and don’t pretend I don’t know what you did to them.” Alecto made sure he never bedded the same girl twice. The state she had left them in made Amycus almost cringe, and that was saying something. “I should pay your fuck buddy a visit, but you haven’t even told me his fucking name. Could it be you’re protecting him from me? Is he that good a shag?” he roared out the last part. The glint in his eyes were bordering on insanity as he glared down at her.
Amycus almost forgot how to breathe as he saw the twistedly beautiful state she was in. Her long hair was fanned across the pillow, and the look in her eyes only urged him on. The paleness of her skin stood out against the violently bold colour of blood seeping from her wounds. Amycus gripped her thighs and his nails dug into the soft flesh. Growling deep in the back of his throat, he leaned down to lick the blood from her lips. His tongue caressed her soft enticing lips that he craved to kiss again. Picking up the knife, he trailed it over the swell of her breasts. ”Did you see all the girls in the dorm?” he asked, “I can have anyone of them. And I bet when I fuck them, they’ll enjoy it more than you enjoyed that bastard fucking you. They’ll be asking-no, begging for more-” he said in a low voice and nipped her earlobe. He wanted her jealous, he wanted her feeling what he currently felt. “-and darling Dorcas certainly won’t be an exception.”
Amycus pushed her legs apart and with sure hands, he carved his initials in her inner thigh. She was his to mark, and he was hers in return. ”No man knows you like I do.” With one swift motion, Amycus sliced through his shirt like it was butter with the knife and threw it away. Placing the blade into Alecto’s hand, his fingers curled around her wrist and lifted the knife to his bare chest. It wasn’t exactly bare though, years worth of scars were hidden under a glamour spell. His father made sure he hadn’t magically healed them. “And no man ever will.” he said against her ear and squeezed her wrist before letting it go. Normally, Amycus wouldn’t have handed the knife over, handed himself to her as Alecto would’ve had to fight for it. But this time it was different, the jealousy making him half insane. It was a sign that he trusted her, a sign that he had no idea she was lying to him. Little did he know he was playing straight into Alecto’s hands.
Alecto whimpered when she felt his hand flash red hot across her face but she mostly did it because she knew he liked her helpless- Amycus liked being dominant, mostly because he wasn't when they were home. Their father definitely took the lead in most aspects of their life and punishment was an easy cure to disobedience. It was different when her father hurt her though- just as she was sure it was different when her father was hurting Amycus, he didn't seek it out like they sought it from each other. "I'll tell you when the time is right Amy- that time isn't now... you've already wasted away too much anger on me" she said calmly, licking the blood away from her lips and purring like a kitten under his weight. She screamed- screamed bloody murder and struggled against him as he carved into her inner thigh, not so much from the pain but the booming anger inside of her at the thought of what he was saying. She didn't want him inside anyone- she didn't want him giving pleasure to anyone and it drove her insane with anger and frustration.
Her breathing was heavy and rapid as he pushed the knife into her hand and she wasted no time carving deeply just above his chest bone, her initials showing bright red and bare amongst his white skin. He wash hers and he had no idea that she had claimed him long ago, even without a mark, she'd made it known. She dropped the knife and traced the fresh cuts with her fingers like a prized possesion, he was covered in her blood and she was becoming increasingly covered with his- their relation was showing. The smell of his blood made her feel electrified and with her bloodied fingers she ran her hands up his back and into his hair, pulling harshly at it's thickness between her frail hands. "You're mine" she panted as she pulled back on his hair and then gripped down onto his skin. "No girl can take you from me, you're going to be mine forever- you can torment me with it all you want but you know it's true. We were born to be together forever- mom made sure of that, didn't she?" she spoke twistedly as she let out a loud moan in his ear- mostly from the pain reverbating from her body.
I hate class.
Perhaps. Though I am feeling much too mellow right now to have a good old angry round with you. Find me perhaps when I am seething and fuming. Then we’ll see some real fun.
You can find me.
I hate class.
You insult me and tell me to silence my loquacious self and then expect me to share my knowledge?
I am afraid you will have to work hard to get into my good graces. I would say again, but I don’t think you ever were.
Don't think I'd ever want to be- that was supposed to be the fun part.
I hate class.
Ha! I hear the request often enough to understand it even if deaf.
That sounds incredibly unlikely.
I'll let you show me if you don't talk during.
I hate class.
… do you understand what you are asking me?
Do you?
