like I was in bed and just repeating affirmations and then I decided to feel things from my dr yk? like just making smells (like the smell of my s/o), sounds and stuff rlly feel real and then I slowly started to lose feeling of my body. But then I literally couldn’t feel my body at all and it felt like I was floating, so I continued to repeat affirmations and such until I felt like I was being catapulted through the multiverse ?!?! Like idk how to explain it but I felt like I was flying at lights speed through the universe and I felt myself SHAKING(?!?!) and panting, so I opened my eyes and literally started hyperventilating. I’m so confused like wtf just happened 😭😭
