This is it.
Exactly a year ago, I started this blog. At first, it was just a way for me to communicate an idea that was too complex to fit in an anon askbox, but it grew up to be what you see here today: a huge compilation of screencapped hate, lies, inaccuracies, logical fallacies, and complete batshit meltdowns over the most random details of Benedict Cumberbatch’s private life.
When I began posting, my aim was to make sure that nobody got taken by the misinformation that Skeptic blogs were spreading. I thought that it was important to offer an alternative explanation that was based on actual facts and, yes, some common sense.
More than 12.000 posts (oops) and hundreds of new followers later (thank you, I do not deserve your kindness!), I do not feel that need anymore.Â
First, because if you take a look at any of the Sour Grapes Brigade’s blogs nowadays, you’ll realize that nobody in their right mind would give any credibility to what they’re saying anymore, because reality has followed its course (with Benedict and Sophie living their normal married life with their child) while they have swerved so far off that they’ve lost completely any resemblance of rational thought. Yes, even those who proclaim themselves “reasonable” or “sane”.Â
And last, but not least: I’m bored and over it. I’ve always said that I would go on with this blog for as long as it was interesting to me. Lately, that has not been the case. After all, there’s only so many times that you can debunk over and over again the same absurd and false arguments the Skeptics present without getting completely tired of it.Â
The blog will remain open, but I won’t be posting anymore. And, unlike TFoE, I really mean it.
I want to thank you all for your support, your patience, and friendship. I couldn’t have done it without you. It’s been a wild ride!
And with that said, just like I arrived, I am gone

PSA about SophieHunterCentral / Benophiedaily
Things you need to be aware of if you follow or reblog from SophieHunter.net, BenophieDaily, or SophieHunterCentral in other social media:
- This blogger insisted on creating a Wikipedia page for Lyndsey Turner many times, even after Lyndsey herself contacted Wikipedia to ask them to take it down because she was dealing with a case of stalking/harassment serious enough to involve the Police.
- This blogger alerted the tabloids about Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter’s relationship before the engagement was announced, while they were still trying to keep it under wraps.
- This blogger impersonated Sophie Hunter’s agent on IMDB in order to edit her bio.
- This blogger created Sophie’s Wikipedia entry, including inaccurate information about her and her work that was afterwards picked up by the same tabloids that she tipped off about the relationship.Â
- This blogger has been banned several times from Wikipedia due to her malicious behaviour and, to this day, she has created around 100 sockpuppets and has tried to use at least 30 of them to edit Sophie’s entry.

Debunking CDaN
I think it could be useful to have all the links to the posts about CDaN being a fraud that we have done over the months:
POSTS THAT PROVE THAT CDaN’S BLINDS ARE FAKE:
- About CDaN’s Blind Items part 1
- About CDaN’s Blind Items part 2 (and @shit-bc-haters-say post)
- Bonus post
DOES CDaN ACCURATELY REVEAL INFORMATION BEFORE ANYONE ELSE?
(for the TL/DR crowd: LOL, no)
- The Bennifer divorce
- Jamie Dornan’s wife pregnancy
- Drew Barrymore’s divorce
Also, here you have a link to the NYPost article exposing CDaN as a fake.
MASTERPOST
SHC/Senyorita/Benophiedaily/Fariyspit
I have seen several theories about Sophie Hunter Central (sophiehunter.net) recently - that it is run by Sophie, by somebody connected to her or by PR pretending to be a fan. I do not believe this is the case - I am virtually certain it is run by the fan known as Fairyspit who has been active on Wikipedia since at least 2012 and has created over 100 sockpuppets to edit Benedict’s page and articles connected to him. Fairyspit also has a number of fandom accounts on twitter and tumblr.
I believe it is the same person who tweeted gossip journalists as @senyorita24601 (previously called @ladymagsacay and @8888eunice, now @BenophieDaily), sending them sneaky pictures/pap shots of Benedict and Sophie in September and October 2014. I also think the @cumbertweets /@Benedict_Tweets and a few other accounts are the same person.
While I will be talking a close look at many fandom related twitter and tumblr accounts as well as the editing history of the Wikipedia sockpuppets, I will not be posting any personal details.

Disclaimer: I’m not trying to tell anybody how to behave online or who to support. I only think that it’s a good idea to have as much information as possible to make these decisions, especially with all these rumours going around.
I love both Tom and Benedict but it's a bit unfair to compare both of them. Tom is almost five years younger than Ben and I he's going on a completely different career trajectory. I'd compare Benedict more with Fassbender and Hardy and both have had more main stream success. I don't know if I would say Ben role has been meatier than these two. And his most well known roles are somewhat similar, at least in the public eye, and I wish he'd take on something a bit different.
Your comments about Tom/Ben are interesting. I'm not a fan of Tom (not that I don't like him, just not a fan) and i remember a time not so long ago where a  lot of people were saying that TH was a way more succesful than BC. It was when a lot of Ben projects fell through (mostly because "the lost city of Z" kept getting delayed), the fifth estate was a big disappointement (TIG has yet to opened) and he still wasn't officially Dr Strange.  I think TH has a really good career. Yes, ISTL is a failure but every actor has one. He has work with really talentful directors and has good reviews. I also think he has less "haters". It will be interesting to see what will happen after Dr Strange and Kong : Skull island.
DEBUNKING SKEPTIC MYTHS: THE MASTERPOST
Here you have the new shiny addition to my “Skeptics’ Hall of Shame” section.
Here you will find a list of myths, twisted facts, and lies that the Sour Grapes Brigade keep spreading and asserting as facts, when they are anything but.
I will try to keep this list updated as much as possible:
Sophie faked a pregnancy and wore a prosthetic bump:Â Post 1Â and 2Â and 3Â and 4Â and 5 and 6
Sophie “surprised” Benedict with a fake baby bump at PSIFF
Sophie lies about being Jane Birkin’s niece
Sophie didn’t wear the Vogue dress at her wedding, and she lied about the design.  (both posts are from @ockhamsrazorbc)
Somebody who worked with Sophie said she was terrible at her job
Sophie is a plagiarist
Sophie worked as an escort for Russian businessmen (another post researched by @ockhamsrazorbc)
Sophie Supports a charity that gives Botox to the poor.
Sophie has barely worked, and she was practically unemployed when she started dating Benedict.
Sophie could not have been pregnant because she went on a Whale Watching Boat trip.
A friend of Sophie, Sophie’s PR, or Sophie herself is behind SophieHunterCentral, Benophiedaily, etc.
SophieHunter.net is a domain property of Sophie Hunter.
The day before the engagement was published on The Times, Karon said Benedict and Sophie were “only friends”
In the UK certainly Ben's biggest role is Sherlock, that's what people associate him with (same as Idris in Luther, both programmes had stateside success and Emmy nominations I believe) and his Oscar nod for The Imitation Game makes that more well known too, but outside of those two I don't think his other roles come to mind so easily (Doctor Strange pending). I don't mean that as an insult! Just discussing in terms of what role got him noticed, probably Sherlock. No one here says "oh yes, Khan"
Yep.
Tbh I don't think Star Trek was the role that made Ben big. Loki's had more of a cultural impact in terms of villains yet as the anon said, that hasn't propelled Tom to the top league. I'm going to disagree and say it was Sherlock that did it for Ben - the show is massive in the UK and no doubt got casting directors looking his way. I think TV shows do a lot for british actors - Idris had The Wire but mainly Luther, Tom in The Night Manager as you said before, even Aidan Turner's Poldark.
I agree. Have in mind that all the names you have mentioned have a rabid fan-base on the Internet, but the majority of people who don’t spend their days surfing the net barely know who they are.
Have to disagree with your anon over what made BC famous Maybe that's true in America. But in terms of the UK, China, Japan, South Africa, Germany, India (and in the other countries the BBC sold Sherlock to and got huge publicity) it really was Sherlock that made him famous
Yes, I do not agree with that anon either, but I was still in bed and on my iPad, so I was too lazy to actually give my two cents.
I think Ben is an actor’s actor: Somebody who’s more recognized among his own profession that the general public. And I do think Sherlock was his big break, much more than STiD, which was kinda flop-ish. You can see that in all the stories about other actors (Ted Danson elbowing everybody in his path to get to meet him comes to mind) “fawning” over him. Danson and others know him for Sherlock, not for Khan.
For the longest time, both Hiddles and BC have been “internet famous” because of their iconic roles of Loki and Sherlock, but both are now trying to break through to the mainstream. It just so happens that Benedict seems to be more successful in his choice of roles.Â
I don’t know if Hiddles picks his movies because of the challenges as an actor, or because he doesn’t get offered the same meaty parts Benedict does, but, with the exception of Kong, his choices are very off-the-wall and not suitable for everybody. I like that he takes risks, but so far, he still hasn’t achieved what Benedict has. And I have no idea if that’s what he wants. (I don’t know that being Hollywood stars is what neither of them wants, to be honest).
All of this could change in a couple of years, though. An actor only needs a hit movie to get to be part of the conversation when the big movie parts are being discussed.
A few bits and pieces about TFoE
Remember that time when she pretended to be a 20-something student with a masters in bio-chemistry?
Remember when she posted pictures from her instagram on her blog (she was never outed, she outed herself), people realized she was lying about her age (and everything else), and instead of admitting it she doubled down on it?
Remember when she stole somebody else’s pictures of their graduation cap and tried to pass it as her own to prove that she was actually a college graduate?
Remember how she likes to steal pictures from other blogs, erase their watermarks and post them as their own?
Remember how much she likes to create sockpuppets accounts, both on Twitter and Tumblr? My favorites are the ones that pretend to “adore” the couple.
Remember when she told everybody that she was receiving death threats, people were contacting her school and her family, and, because of it, her parents had contacted the appropiate authorities? And yet here she is, still blogging and going against all the guidelines of cyberbullying prevention?
Remember when she tried to scam money out of her followers, not once, but twice?
Remember when she created another blog because nobody wanted to reblog from her TFoE blog and decided to use it to steal and repost without credit images, fanart, GIFs, and videos from other bloggers?
Remember when she went to see NTLive Hamlet and recorded the play in her phone and then uploaded it to her blog? AND then got mad because she got reported for it?
Remember when she did the exact same thing with Zoolander? and, to add insult to injury, she WATERMARKED the video?
Remember when she told everybody that she was an actress/model and that she was going to walk the runway at NY Fashion week?
Have you realized how fucking long this list is, and I haven’t even mentioned the actual content of her blog?
And yet, we have to believe that when somebody calls her out publicly in her behaviour, said person is a bully (because he posted a GIF. A GIF!) and also a racist.
And of course, the “antis” are the mean ones, the bad guys in this scenario; The ones who won’t let a 16 year old steal, lie, and be awful without facing the consequences of her own actions.Â
I ought to be ashamed of myself. *sarcasm*
I was scrolling through Gator's blog, catching up with the madness of the weekend, and it just feels so weird that she still gets so many anon messages even when most of her posts have 5 likes maximum. Are they just a group of regulars that still send her messages daily? Does she do it herself? Who are these people, man?
I think she gets her asks from other skeptics like Aeltri, Videoqueen, Phunkyvanspam, Rainbowjay, etc. and I wouldn't be surprised if she also wrote some of them herself *shrugs*
Tom is wonderful too (I'm a fan of both), but his claim to fame was Avengers and didn't pick up traction yet since. I hope his career will get better with future movies, but so far, Ben is by far the most successful. And from online fandom I know it's tempting for people to assume Sherlock is the big thing for Ben, but realistically speaking the average viewer never heard of Sherlock and couldn't care less. Ben became big w/ Star Trek, and keeps rising and rising. Sherlock is just part of it.
Submission:
Thank you for posting that, and pointing out the obvious which is of course there is more security he now has haters whose only reason for living is destroying him/his family/his career, but self awareness is not something the raving idiot gnan has any of. They all remind me of those psychopaths who brag about killing their victims to the police and state they had it coming, hence her nasty as shit “thinking he is bigger than he is” cause you know security isn’t protection and we are all allowed to protect ourselves and our lives, no their victims aren’t worthy of life and protection and the victim here is merely a bad person full of himself and therefore deserving of harm. Vile nasty waste of human skin that gnan one
