The last 2 years has been an emotional roller coaster with all my health issues and topping it all off with the weight gain really took a damper on me. In the last 5 months I worked so hard at getting back down to a weight that I’m comfortable at and where I wasn’t embarrassed about the way I looked. Down 45.6 pounds.

Not only my cousin but my Best Friend!!! Love this girl more then anything. She’s always there for me through the good and the bad.... Thankful to have her in my life! (at Kingsway Medical Center)
