okay happy first day of summer break today i

went to let my friend’s dogs out while she’s hiking the Grand Canyon

walked 5½ miles on a trail i don’t go to that often and found a wild pawpaw plant!!! which are super rare but they weren’t ripe yet so i picked a bunch of blackberries when i was getting back to the trailhead

washed and had said blackberries on yogurt for breakfast

shaved my beard!

realized my shoulders got a little sunburnt through the clouds even though the trail was mostly shaded

lifted weights

talked to my friend/lover throughout all of this because he’s been distant and dealing with some personal frustrations but i still want him bad

went to the Y to walk on the treadmill on an in line because apparently that’s really good calorie burning stuff

went home and made and ate dinner

let my friend’s dogs out again which is an hour round trip because she lives like 25 minutes away which is annoying but she’s a Forever Friend so obviously i shan’t complain to her but like god damn it dogs suck i’m so over them

was tired because i napped and slept weird all day but now i’m tired and it’s not quite midnight yet so hopefully i’ll fall asleep soon!!

so it was a good day because i exercised a lot and didn’t overeat and what i did eat was all healthy :)
