This year begins with me exploring the connection between physical health/fitness and the other types of healths/fitnesses (emotional, spiritual, financial, professional, relational etc).
Can I reverse engineer life success by making my body a success? The focus and dogged determination that it takes to sustain a bodily build plan is impressive <3 Maybe this focus and determination is good for the human in general.

Breakfast: Yogurt Parfait with Fruits & Honey
Lunch: High Protein BEANS (soups, pies, with rice, dips)
Dinner: Salad

3) CORE
4) Hips
5) Glutes
