flore/florae being plant-human hybrids, are technical omnivores but theyre not particularly picky. they eat little by little over a period of time instead of large meals at set times.
unrooted florae eat more than rooted florae because they require nutrients from outside sources, unlike the rooted florae who can subsist off the nutrients in the soil and photosynthesize sunlight. rooted florae have stiff, wooden skin while unrooted florae have green stem-like skin which is still fairly pliant and limber.
florae don’t have visible faces; most choose to rearrange their head-flower’s petals in a configuration that approximates a face, to better communicate with non-florae species.
