Meeting Sora, Donald, and Goofy

Noctis - He thought there was something in his food the night before - Felt like he shouldn’t have eaten that one piece of carrot - That’s what he got - First, the almost unbeatable dark spawns that drive Gladio crazy - Now this - “You guys, is this a talking cartoon duck?” - Donald bedazzles him more than Goofy - He doesn’t know why - After Sora introduced himself and the other two he’s just silent - His mind is running wild though - This damn piece of carrot must’ve messed with his head - There is no other explanation

Prompto - Staring - More staring - To the others: “You see this too right?” - A total fan of Sora’s hair -This is all too weird to properly process - It takes him way too much time that he’s talking to a cartoon dog walking on two legs that uses a shield as a weapon - The duck does magic ??

Gladio - Not dealing with this shit - “You wanna tell me those things can’t be beaten by any other weapon but a… key?” - He’s done - So done - There’s talking humanoid animals - Nope - He’s calling Iris - Probably starts beef with Donald

Ignis - There is always a time and place to be the head of the group and talk to the strangers - But he really wishes Noctis would take this one - The boy is okay - He fights with a key and magic and does things - Noctis does this too - Pretty quick to befriend Sora - Hides how weirded out he is by Donald and Goofy - The only one who understands the entirety of the situation after Sora’s explanation

Chapter 13: Reprise

Although I canonically ship the Chocobros as they are (close brothers with that kind of relationship you can interpret as you like), I definitely don’t dislike interactions of this sort in fanarts. Since we don’t really get similar heartwarming scenes in the game I decided to make my own fix. See it as you please.
