@studyblob Hi :) Hey have you ever wondered what acctually Tumblr is ? Well, apparently not. In a very very very simple words it is a “blogging platform” which (logically) includes reblogging too. So as you might guess (or not 😂 so I’ll tell you to avoid confusion) I do reblog pictures that I find on the internet and/or other apps. And mostly there is no source to these pictures which, trust me, I would definitely include if I knew where these pics came from. Basically all I’m doing is to hit the “reblog” button.

So… I would like you to stop calling me a thief (Defamation is punishable !! ) and I you have reservations about how does the reblogging system work on tumblr, maybe you should contact the platform crew.

Ok, hold up. You’re trying to justify stealing pictures by using the argument that Tumblr is a blogging platform? By saying that, you are literally explaining exactly what is wrong with your actions. On blogging platforms, you aren’t supposed to re-POST other people’s pictures. You either make original content, re-blog content, or source the original content.

studyblob has linked to your obvious acts of picture theft yet you ignore the evidence. You reblogged pictures from other bloggers (which is completely fine of course) but then you post the pictures AGAIN with your own captions, passing them off as your own. That’s the part that is a huge NO. Please stop doing that. If you like someone’s pictures, reblog them, but don’t pretend you took them. Take your own pictures instead, ok?

Just one last thing, it actually is possible to find reaaaaaly cool stuff on the internet without any source under it. And obvouisly when I reblogged the picture for the first time it came from my dashboard on tumblr. The second time I reblogged it from an app that apparently did not include the origine of the picture. I can’t remeber every picture on my tubmlr that’s why when I saw this one for the second time I just clicked on reblog and taaaaadaaaam it came up on my tumblr like that. Trying to show you that it actually depends on where you find the content on… Pointless though since you’re convinced I’m a kleptomaniac. It was not so nice meeting you bu still I wish you a very cool life, A+ grades and all you ever dreamed of but Bye Bye, I’m running late to rob my neighbour’s house 😂

I didn’t get your message so please re-send it. I don’t like falsely accusing people but the evidence is pretty clear. Multiple people have called you out for re-posting their pictures. If you had simply apologized, explained yourself, and then taken down the picture you re-posted, this would not even be an issue. Instead, you not only re-post it, but you also include your own caption, making it seem as if it is your own picture. Please just take them down now that you understand and maybe refrain from posting pictures from weheartit. Thanks. For future reference: to find the source of the a picture on a third party app (such as weheartit), simply copy the image link and reverse image search it on google. This will usually lead you to the blogs of several people who re-blogged the original. From there, you can find the source blog and re-blog from them!

As an example, I used this picture (which has no link to weheartit or a source blog) that you posted. The original can be found here.

See, it is not that difficult to help other people. And I think the issue was not only the fact that I'm "technologically challenged" and that for the most of the time I was doing something "wrong" without even knowing about it. The issue was also the fact that from the very first reservation you agressed me instead of giving me simple instructions to help me out (well you finally did in your very last post, for what I'm very thankful) and as ONE other person did in a very peaceful way and for whom reservation I did what I could to fix the situation. But whatever, the point is ... thanks for your instructions ! I will spend some time looking for sources that the app didn't include. Just a piece of advice: I don't know how old you are, but in view of your exuberance you must be very young. And trust me, a peaceful and diplomatic attitude solves more than you could think 😄 ✌️👍✌️👍✌️👍✌️
