If you're wondering why you can't seem to ever be happy, and you don't have a relationship with God, I know just what you need!! Opening my heart to Jesus Christ is DEFINITELY the best thing that ever happened to me. Period! He released me from the bonds of addiction and mental illness (depression, anxiety, PTSD) and supports me with his comfort every day. If you are unhappy and feel life is missing something, and feel you are trying to fill a void with drugs, sex, alcohol, shopping, etc., I encourage you to open the bible and read a little bit (or a lot!) each day. You will find what you have been missing, I assure you! Jesus loves you so much and wants you to be so happy!! He can make us so much stronger than we could have been on our own. The devil is the one that tries to make us feel hopeless and unworthy, but the reality is that Jesus died for our sins, each and every one, and every person that turns to him and accepts him as Lord and Savior, WILL be saved and have their mistakes blotted out from the record!! *** John 3:14-17 (KJV): "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: [15] That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. Jesus Christ is the best remedy for depression and anxiety. I used to be on medication years ago, but after turning to the Lord for comfort and peace instead of a pill, I have found true relief from these spiritual, mental, and emotional attacks against me by the evil one! Ephesians 6:10-12 (KJV) says: "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." -- Our God is stronger than anything this world can throw at us! The Prince of this world, satan, will do everything he can to discourage and disempower us so that the full potential that we have been given by God will be diminished.
