It started out as a simple gesture to help a friend out since he had a four-bedroom house. He had to main bedroom. When a friend of his needed a place to stay, Harvey gladly offered one of his spare rooms. He really didn't mind at first. He soon had three of his friends now staying at his place basically for free at this point since the job market was slim pickings currently. It was a good thing he could afford the place on his own without their help involved. But soon things at home changed as he was always the one going to work and paying the bills.
Harvey came home a little tired from work to see Austin, Grant and Carl on the couch gaming. He went and put his things down by the door and just looked at them.
"About time you got home. We are wondering what you will fix for dinner." Grant commented, not looking from the TV screen.
"Yeah, also you will need to buy some more toilet paper. We are almost out again. You really should keep up with household supplies. You know." Austin added to the conversation.
"By the way, you should really ask what we like to eat the most. It's easier to shop that way." Carl commented.
"Wow, I go to work and pay for this play while you three game all day. I get home and that is what I hear." Harvey paused slightly upset. "Haven't you three been looking for jobs yet?" He asked back.
"Yeah, about that also," Grant paused. "The job market sucks. We tried, but we rather game since we stay somewhere rent free." He added.
"Besides, you would never put your friends out on the street." Austin smirked and looked back at the screen.
"What are you cooking tonight anyway?" Carl asked with his feet resting on top of the expensive coffee table in front of the couch.
Harvey just couldn't take it. He gets the same treatment almost every week since after the first month of having all three. Austin was right about one thing. He would never just put his friends out on the street. Yet, he needed a solution to his roommate problem. He couldn't continue with their slackness but for so long. He then had the perfect idea of how to provide a place for his friends and give them some use.
Carl noticed Harvey coming out of the kitchen an hour later with four glasses with soda like liquid in them.
Harvey made sure to hand out the right glasses to the three of them before taking the last one for himself. He took a sip from his glass. "I am sorry, I was so hard on you three earlier. This is my peace offering." He did a toast and took another sip from his glass. He watched as the others followed suit. He waited until all three had completely emptied their glasses.
"Thanks for the drinks, buddy." Carl handed Harvey the empty glass like the others did.
"So, who is cleaning up the kitchen after I cook tonight?" Harvey waited to see if anyone of them would actually volunteer for once.
"Man, you know you always do it. Why should any of us do something you always do." Grant looked once at Harvey and then back at the TV screen while holding the game controller.
This made Harvey even more sure of what he had in mind to do. He took out his phone and opened up the app. He put in the setting for sock. He got in front of the TV and pointed his phone camera at Grant first and hit the flash option. Grant instantly was a sock on the couch.
"Woah, what did you just do?!" Austin exclaimed at seeing Grant just instantly be reduced to a sock.
Before Austin could say anything else, Harvey turned the camera on him and hit the flash option. Austin was a matching sock to Grant. He then quickly switched to a pair of shorts and pointed the camera at Carl.
Carl put up his hands in surrender after seeing what just happened Grant and Austin. "Wait, let's talk about this first." He pleaded but saw it fell on deaf ears as he saw the flash of the camera.
Harvey walked over to the couch. He picked up the pair of socks and shorts. He turned the game system and TV off and went back to his bedroom. He first tried on his new pair of socks. They felt so good on his feet. He enjoyed wiggling his toes in his new socks. He then tried on his new shorts. He rubbed his crotch area in his new pair of shorts. "Simply perfect." He said to himself satisfied.
Austin absolutely hated feet. Being a sock was a complete nightmare. "I am sorry. Change me back now, please. I beg of you." He pleaded. Yet no words were vocalized, only just pleading thoughts begging for mercy to a foot he was wrapped around. He could taste the foot sweat and smell the strong odor coming from Harvey's foot. To him, it tasted disgusting. The foot odor made him noxious. He would puke if he had physical mouth to do so. He felt so powerless and at the mercy of Harvey's foot. He didn't like it one bit.
Grant pleaded over and over, but no vocal words ever heard. He mentally tried as he was forced to taste Harvey's whole foot with no end. He was forced to smell his whole rank foot with no chance of fresh air. He mentally pleaded and begged for forgiveness yet seeing that Harvey didn't hear a single plea. He didn't want this to be his life forever.
Carl found his new view so degrading. He saw Harvey's crotch area of his underwear. His underwear was a little sweaty and musky. Having his face being forced towards that musk made it worse. For his friend to turn all of them into clothing felt horrible. He only hoped that he would change them back soon.
"By the way, your sodas had a special ingredient in them. It was a durability formula. It's supposed to make you super durable to last for an extremely long time." Harvey paused. "You know that means, my new pair of socks and new pair of shorts will last a very long time. At least you still have a place to stay and purpose." He laughed as he continued to enjoy his evening with his new articles of clothing provided by his former friends. He decided he would wear them every day to break them in. That thought amused him.
Harvey sat in his chair in his bedroom. He had ten days of peace and quiet. Not to mention a clean place as well. He had no annoying roommates just lounging around his place. Instead, he had the best pair of socks he could ever own and the best pair of shorts as well. It was the best decision he could have ever made concerning his former roommates. He was quite pleased with himself.
"It's been 10 days, 10 days without anyone telling me what to do or making up stupid rules for my house. Those 3 idiots will never bother me again." He said to himself. As for how those three felt about their new existence, it was not his problem to even think about. They were his socks and underwear now.
