One day a smoker comes to a surgeon and says: "If you see any shit during surgery, tell me". The surgeon examines everything during the operation, notices the condition of the lungs and some organs, freaks out, and takes a picture of it. After the operation, the surgeon shows that picture to the smoker and the lungs and other organs are black. So the smoker says, "I'd kick them to make them work better."
