I am drawn to your blog and wonder what brought you to chastity? I have locked for a day or two, what does it take to do it long term? Thanks!

What I've understood from those who've mastered Chastity –

Chastity happens in cycles - 2-6 hours, 1-3 days, 4-6 days, 7-9 days, 14-20 days, and then 30 - 90 days.

You need to build your endurance slowly, over several attempts. Once you reach the 7-9 days locked stage, most people reach a breaking point. You ask yourself: 'why am I doing this?' and so when you push past it, the headspace starts shifting from “why am I doing this?” to a quieter, steadier “this is just how I am right now.”

Most importantly. You need to GO LIVE LIFE!! trees, movies, sunsets, books, achieve goals at work, get that score, talk to those cool people, organise that closet, cook that special recipe, hit those gym PRs.

At every stage you need to be proud of yourself. Chastity is a kink that rewards patience, like a seed rewards you with fruits seasons past from when you sow them.

I am sorry if my response is not Black and Red. But when it comes living life in chastity, I can't help but believe that the cage is supposed to serve you live your authentic life. And a life is not just sex.
