Why should I consider investing in resorts?
Honestly, I never really thought about resort investments until I started traveling more. But after staying at a few and talking to some owners, I realized it makes a lot of sense.
What I love most is that some resort properties are fully managed. That means no maintenance issues, no dealing with guests, and no worrying about vacancies—the resort handles it all. If they offer assured rental returns, I know exactly how much I’ll make each month, making it a completely hands-off investment.
Instead of just owning an apartment that sits empty, I could have a place that earns money and gives me a vacation spot. Plus, with travel demand increasing, resort stays are only becoming more popular.
I’d say it’s worth considering if:
You want a vacation home but don’t want it to be a financial burden.
You like the idea of earning passive income from rentals.
You’re looking for an investment that could appreciate over time.
It’s not for everyone, but for someone who enjoys travel and sees the growing demand for experiential stays, it could be a smart move.
