I nurse I work with told me something that I think everyone should hear.

She said ‘you may meet someone, and this person is what you need at this time and place. You shouldn’t worry about deciding what’s next for the both of you, maybe they’re just intended for the time you are currently living and that’s all it will be.’

This really hit home for me because I get hung up on figuring out if someone’s perfect for me or if we’ll work in a relationship. It’s nice to live each day as it comes, just being content with not knowing what’s next.
