Since the Slumber!universe is maybe a little more uh "sentient" than most of the other universes, I think it might be pretty hard for him to enter actually (including other intruders from outside AUs) . Through various protection mechanisms the magical core (aswell as certain safeguards) has some criteria of who is allowed in or out... That being said, if someone from outside has knowledge of these mechanisms then they might actually be able to find their way inside....

Since a tree nymph made Dream and Nightmare... do hot and cold affect them like it would a plant? Do they ever grow stiff or struggle to move in the cold? Or wilt/grow dry and cracked in intense heat?

They're made from emotions not Nim herself. Nim molded them from metaphorical clay, from the blood of the tree, and that blood was positivity and negativity. They are not really guardians, they are certainly not nymphs, and they are definitely not plants. This is like 5th page lore in the comics and I am begging you all to read it

Yes and no

So they all have the same body but different lifestyle because of their environment/ situation

Looking at the what if designs, I've noticed that none of the soul designs are as 'integrated' as original Killer (the souls trait is more surrounding his soul than trying to take it over). Does this mean the other what if Killers have more of a partnership with their respective soul rather than the push and pull invasion the original Chara and Killer have?
