March Art

March art! didn't do much this month, I got pretty busy. I still drew a little bit. I edited some videos so I'm counting them as art too. I won't be posting those tho. I just drew some faces and then the girl from Vila Amalka.

February Art

Not too much this month, but I still kept to my goal! The very first one is Seth, my friend's vampire oc. I liked how he turned out! the 2nd pic is some rando I drew while practicing. 3rd one is an oc that I consider my friend and I sharing custody over. I only refer to him as "The Assistant", I'm bad at names so it will stay that way until we figure one out. Its 3 different attempts; the order I drew them is middle, right, then left. I continue to be very inconsistent with style even within same session. The third attempt turned out nice though. The 4th is a drawing of my Bebichhichi doll. I just like those guys. The last is my vampire oc I threw together. I based her clothes off of this specific image of a kids vampire costume. I just thought it was funnier. I have one more pic, but I'm posting it separately. Let's see if i can keep it up next month!

January Art

I decided my resolution for this year is to attempt to draw something every week. This is so I can start practicing art more. "Draw something" is vague so I don't get overwhelmed. It can be as simple or extravagant as I want. I just wanna try more and I thought I would upload some here. Hopefully I can keep this up all year, but I won't force myself if I end up not wanting to. Here is this months art:

I was trying out some side profiles and they don't look bad, but I should keep practicing. The creature on the top started as one of the side profiles. A very simple drawing of Raku-chan from Nyan~ Neko Sugar girls. Cant really tell its her when she isn't colored in, but I like it. A little orko drawing. This last one is an unfinished part of a "base challenge" I did with my friend. The only reason the body looks passible is because I had the base to draw over. The head is a slightly diffrent shape from the base, but the base definitely helped me draw a normal sized head. The hand is on purpose, I think its funny to draw hands badly. Which is probably why my normal hands are still bad. The coloring is very flat, but I had fun. It remined me of how I used to color with colored pencils back when I was younger. It actually took me multiple days to do all of that. Even though it looks real simple I tried very hard. I suppose that's how you get better in the long run. If I keep up though out the year, maybe I'll get faster at drawing. I'm lucky my friend has such good patience. I hope this post reads more earnest than dumb. Well that's all for now, I really had fun and it helped me feel better during these "not so nice times" to put it lightly.

Main character of Moon: Remix RPG Adventure. Lovely game, full of funny animals. Still learning how to use clip studio paint
