scotty has a deltarune theory. well not really my OWN theory but more of an add on to an additional theory because there's information that some people missed, i think.
spoilers for the start of chapter five, this pertains to Normal_NPC and the disappearance of onion since chapter 3.
okay. so it's a popular theory/opinion rn that Normal_NPC killed and cooked Onionsan into takoyaki balls, then fed them to the hometown at the festival
and this is something i agree with!
However.
there is someone who is tagging along with Normal_NPC nearby the takoyaki stand.
This guy. Right here. he's called donutguy in the files, so I'll be referring to him as Donutguy for the remainder of this.
so this guy is obviously parallel to gaster follower 2, or the one we can meet in Hotland. and we're only really starting to see Normal_NPC's seemingly malicious intent as far as silencing people who look into the song in the deep.
Donutguy. has a takoyaki ball. this is really the only time we see him with anything other than a donut, or in his car. a brand new sprite, all for this random guy.
but here's the BIG kicker.
Gaster Follower 2.
we all know the followers from their unique dialogue in undertale about Gaster. that's their whole claim to fame and they're only becoming relevant closer and closer to chapters 6 & 7.
so let me give you all a refresher on this guy's dialogue in Undertale.
"Alphys might work faster. But the old Royal Scientist, Doctor W.D. Gaster?
One day, he vanished without a trace.
They say he shattered across time and space.
Ha ha... How can I say so without fear?
I'm holding a piece of him right here."

anyways this feels REALLY. INTENTIONAL to me. what with all the hints to the takoyaki being bits and pieces of Onionsan this really feels like toby playing in our faces.
maybe donutguy is a sort of straight man to the gaster followers, to make you believe there isn't anything to look into considering hes not really as much of a threat as we now know Normal_NPC is. it's hard to directly say what his involvement is considering he (according to him, at least,) doesn't know what G is.
but it feels like implying someone's been chopped up and fed to people, and then having someone literally like a few pixels away whose biggest line is about holding a piece of someone else feels really on the nose, toby

decided the flowers from the new chapter weren't flower-y (ha) enough. so i gave them some more flower motifs in their designs because i wanted to . why would you make such endearing characters and then make me LEAVE THEM TOBY
(added more stuff to blue and yellow because They Are My Favorites and I Like Them A Lot. first of all we got blue's ponytail being more butterfly shaped (for obvious reasons) and the petals from each other because i think it would be cute if sharing petals was their way of proposing and that's why yellow was so defensive of them in his trials .... they are dear to my heart i lowv them)

this also goes for having your personal blog tags be like "nobody cares (name)" or "shut up (name)" or whatever. why are you being mean to yourself. its not preventing other people from being mean to you just because you get the first shot in it just means you get shot twice. how is that better. how is any of that better

no but you can FORCE it away. use ublock origin and copy paste the blacklist i made into the filters to be able to remove the bullshit AI overview that google forces. it also removes youtube's forced ads (at least until they fix it)
you can also use the ublacklist extension and use this blacklist of AI image generation websites to curate your google image results
there are ALWAYS ways around stuff. it's just a matter of looking into it and asking around
I don't usually dabble in realism - but this was a gift for someone very meaningful in my life. And some things just deserve to be painted as they are.
