I had a dream that you could buy devices at goodwill that looked like fat insulin pumps, and they allowed trans women and cis men to get pregnant. They were specifically marketed to cis men, though, and were called mpreg pumps. And in the dream, I ran into one of my middle school teachers very clearly wearing two of them.
