I hit a new record today! Longest consecutive ride at 26.1 MILES! That's the equivalent of riding Ybor City to Clearwater Beach! Average speed of 12.5mph For the first 8-9 miles, I kept up over 16mph though! I'm feeling great! Never thought I could do this kinda stuff! I've been back into ketosis for about 2 weeks, so this ride was done with absolutely zero sugar. My daily carbs stay under 10g. This was also done on a fast, so now it's time for some BREAKFAST! I'm so proud of myself! Happy Friday! #QuarterCentury

I dont only buy gold. Here's 918 pieces of American made titanium. Almost a 1,000 pieces in combined orders. Clusters, crystals, opals, dangles, barbells, rings, studs, all of the above. These will be on display hopefully by Wednesday so feel free to stop in and check out the new goodies! I have been thoroughly checking each piece to make sure it's free from defects before it gets cleaned and filed away. It's a pretty tedious task I'm thinking I need a clone sometimes!
