tips for a "glow up"?

Looks:

Keep yourself clean at all time; nails, hair, hygiene etc.

Drink plenty of water every chance you get

avoid touching your face (prevents breakouts)

Workout at least 30 mins a day, 3 times a week

Dress nice; serve every chance you get

Do:

Be confident; if you’re not, fake it till you make it

Life others up

Ignore drama/be unbothered

Focus on yourself and loved ones

Stand your ground

Be fun, goofy, down to earth, but also be intelligent

Work smarter, not harder

Dont:

Tear people down; it won’t make you a better person

Be rude/cocky/conceited

Swear/curse

Don’t half work, give everything you do 110%

Procrastinate; always keep yourself proactive
