number 3 : if you look good you feel good

no that's not mean u have to be deadly gorgeous to feel good, no u can be from simple things, for exampletaking good care if your hair & skin, start training, do ur nails, put some perfume, dress good, literally anything makes you feel good about ur self!!! and let's be honest here if u look good you feel good and that's make you more confident.
