💔 My heart is heavy as I share that my pets are unwell due to the lack of shelter and necessary medication. They deserve a safe and loving environment, but right now, we are struggling. It’s painful to see them suffer, and I’m doing everything I can to provide for them. If anyone can offer support or resources, it would mean the world to us. Thank you for reading.

• People living with HIV, it’s not the end of the world. Seek for services regularly, eat well, take your meds and seek for support any time. We are here to help not to judge.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, don’t transmit the Virus to other partners because you might even get more infections that may end up ruining your immune system.

Use Condoms consistently and enough Lubrications.

• People without HIV,, stay safe! It is not easy out there. Protect yourself jelously, if you are sexually active,, get enrolled on PrEP, and in case of any suspicion after engaging in unhealthy sexual practices,, go get enrolled on PEP immediately. You will swallow the tabs for only 28 days. (Only if you test Negative)

= Use Condoms daily + Extra Lubrications.

= Do regular tests.

= Avoid risky sexual behaviors.

= Get enrolled on PrEP.

Rights continue to be violated in Refugee camps located in Africa

"Mothers are re-sorting to sell there bodies inorder to afford buying soap, pads, food for there babies, etc". this is rilly heart breaking.

* Refuge camps is a prison, we have a right to freedom, many of my colleagues are running mad, alot of trauma and depression, where should we run to.

we are being exploited as refuges ✊✊

Who ever is concerned please come on ground and listen to the suffering not those in office, meet the real victims 😭😭😭

*We don't seek for asylum by choice but because of persecution and other security reasons, we deserve to be treated as human beings 🙏🙏
