People who are trapped in their heads by mental disorders (ex. @madder-looking-for-relief (i have permission to tag this person btw)) often accidentally distance themselves from everyone, and as a result know, or at least think, that no one really likes them and they think that they are no one’s favorite person, even if they are. These are the people who won’t pick up on the signals that they are loved, they are the people who have to be explicitly told that they are loved or they won’t believe it. Tell them.

In life, you should find the people who always appear okay, find the people who always strive to make sure others are okay before making sure they themselves are okay. Make sure they are okay and make sure they know that they are loved and supported too. Because these are the people who have always had to be okay in order to make sure things run smoothly. Make sure these people know its okay to not be okay. Because they probably don't know that.

Love doesn’t have to include two people from the same place, with similar experiences, or with the same identities. Love involves two people who complement each other and who make each other better people. This also applies to two people who are friends. In life, you should strive to find the people who complement you and you make you a better you.

I have yet to feel this had not been in a relationship before, but from observations, when someone truly loves you, you don’t quite realize how much until you realize something they’ve been doing, like eating lasagna they don’t like, that they don’t particularly enjoy just because it makes you happy. Just like in Friends, when Monica and Chandler are still hiding their relationship and Chandler hates Monica’s massages but doesn’t tell her in fear of hurting her feelings. I haven’t had any experiences with relationships but I imagine that this quote describes them pretty well.

With the best people in your life, you spend a lot of time and looking back, you only remembering being with them, not what you talked about or what you did or what you watched. You remember the person and how close you were with them. When you're with them, time and space doesn't exist, it's just you guys and the world stops while you are with them. Whether it be a significant other or a close friend or a family member, if you can spend time with someone and forget what happened and what got talked about, keep that person in your life for as long as possible. Because that person is super important and will help you grow into who you are meant to be.

If you think about it, we all see a completely different world. Whose to say my blue is the same as yours? We could all see different worlds based solely on the idea that our eyes are wired differently and literally see different things. Or we could all see different worlds based on the ideas of privilege and culture. A person growing up in suburban America in a mansion with a white picket fence and a trust fund for their future views the world differently than someone from an impoverished country living off minimal income and struggling to keep a house and to gain food and water. No one sees the same world as everyone else so find the one person who does see the same world as you.

The thing about my mind is that I literally can't control what it thinks about. I just start thinking about stuff and I don't control it. For example, another girl can say she likes the same guy as me and my mind takes that information and thinks about him liking her back then them dating then them falling in love then her spending the night all the time since he lives down the hall then them staying together all of college then them getting married and living happily ever after.
