This is a more depressing scene, but I think it shows how Dominique views her really well; she wants to look after her, but also feels inferior to her.

It's interesting that she says "I can see why she'd be on Noé's mind", and I feel like she's probably just projecting her own feelings onto him just because...Noé doesn't seem to think about Jeanne much at all. Futhermore, Dominique has been shown to devalue herself a lot and focus on other people's feelings, especially Noé's, which evidences the idea of her projecting onto him because she likely lacks some awareness of her feelings.
