Solar Power and How to Mitigate "brown" state.

One of the issue related with solar powering and supercapacitors is that the Raspberry Pi will not be able to do a clean shutdown and thus may be stuck in a "brown" state. One of the ways that could be used is to use the temperature of the cpu to determine the state of insolation and preventively power down the device or to test the device for cycles of "bad" power downs evaluate the ability to survive these conditions.

I have been asked why the project name Ra31t (Rabit) the founding concept of this project (which has since expanded to include complementary ideas) was to power with the sun a Bitcoin/Litecoin miner hence RA the sun god and BIT for bitcoin, then we gave it a twist because Micha our youngest collaborator likes secret codes hence Ra31t :)
