RUDOLPH’S RED…NOSE? (Page 3)

WHAP!~ Captain Blitzen dishes out a little corrective action. The subtle message being to not mess with each other, especially not so close to Christmas, they have enough to deal with. Only without so many words. Blitzen takes the sobbing Rudolph aside while he apologizes profusely. He is SO embarrassed, he doesn’t know why he’s....he meant no disrespect, he was so nervous about his first day, he didn’t mean to and - Captain Blitzen shushes the new recruit. It’s not his fault, she assures him, it’s okay. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about, if anything it’s impressive, she chuckles.

RUDOLPH’S RED…NOSE? (Page 2)

Captain Blizten isn’t actually a ‘captain’, she just naturally fit into the role of defacto leader of this group of delinquents, though she’s really more of a Team Mom than anything. This means two things, she doesn’t like her family messing with each other and she knows exactly who will crumble under pressure. The weak link is ironically enough the team’s strongest member, Comet, who hates making her beloved Blitzen upset.

Through a blubbering mess of tears Comet spills it all. Some of the girls didn’t like Rudolph being added to roster. He’d be the first male in their all-girl squadron. Dasher was the one who took it on themselves to get him kicked off the team. Right before his drug screening she dosed his sport’s drink with performance enhancing drugs...but none were found in his system.... It seems she accidentally picked the wrong type of enhancer. Curses! Why’d she have to think that cartoon mascot was so cute!

RUDOLPH'S RED...NOSE? (Page 1)

Deep in the North Pole just outside of Santa’s Workshop is Santa’s airstrip, launching point of his iconic annual sleigh-ride and home of his world famous, elite Flying Reindeer team.

The Flying Reindeer are old veterans, battle-tested over hundreds of years, performing a miraculous feat and circumnavigating the globe in just a single night. They’re an eclectic group, however. A rag-tag group of loose-cannons who get results. And they just got a new member.

Little Rudolph was already embarrassed. It’s his first day and he was the only one who wore the uniform...his glowing nose, as always, made him stand out... and now THIS!?
