My favorite and most popular works of art from this year. Along with a self-portrait done last night as my last piece of 2025. A parody of The Desperate Man by Gustave Courbet. I'm going to continue to experiment with mediums and hope to see more improvement in my work in the coming year.

Watched Avatar Fire and Ash on Sunday. It was great and acted as another log on the fire that is my hyper fixation for this franchise. This mixed media watercolor and ink study of Varang was done a couple of weeks ago. Expect more.

As a huge The Last of Us fan, did a spur-of-the-moment painting of the final scene in Part II. Painted a few weeks ago using watercolor on paper.

A portrait of Varang I painted a month ago in watercolor. This was my first study and portrait of a person strictly using paints. It leaves a bit to be desired, though I've learned a lot since then. I will be painting more Na'vi leading up to and after the release of Fire and Ash.
