-shrugs off the worry that’s creeping up his spine, telling himself that it’s Lily and he has nothing to worry about- You know I’m just bein’ a big brother. It’s my job. -laughs- I, well, you know how it took me a while to get my apparating license?

-smiles warmly- I know. But you worry too much. Really, Jamie, I'm okay. -an 'o' forms with her mouth as thoughts settle- Yeah? Oh, no. What happened?

Al’s still in school, kiddo. Don’t you remember? -smiles at her, though it falters when she seems to hesitate- Just fine? That’s it? I’ve been alright. Workin’ at Uncle George’s shop, going on misadventures.

Yeah, but he still goes places. Or he could. -mumbles something under her breath, almost embarrassedly, looking up when his smile falters, trying to reassure him- Don't worry about me, just fine is alright. t's better than it could be, right? -smiles warmly- Ohh, misadventures? What kinds?

How’ve you been, squirt? How’s school? I’ve been seein’ plenty of Al, but I’ve barely seen you since I got back.

That's because you and Al go places and I'm stuuuuck here. -smiles- But school's okay. And I'm... fine. How have you been?

-kisses her cheek when he sets her down and grins at her- I missed you. If you couldn’t already tell.

-scrunches up her face when he does so, but laughs again- Aw, I missed you too! But yeah, I could tell a little.

Lily! -races over to her, scooping her up in the biggest hug imaginable and swinging her around-

-laughs when her feet leave the ground, hugging him back tightly-
