A nothing over slept but still working with diet. Looking for new job after all as artist I'm always looking for commissions and or work.

No gym today just work here is another custom installation at work.

Day 4 cardio is doing well. Changing diet in a matter of week by cutting all the sugar in the diet.

Day three lost about 7 lbs in two days! still feel like crap knowing that it not going to happen over night. Looking at 6 weeks in cardio and diet only :)

Day 2 ha ha almost meeting my goal today. Sunday I had a over night stay in the hospital because of heart well they can't find anything wrong. It's time for change back to the diet and the gym.
