watched “the living end” in my film class & nobody liked it????

#my thinking is that if i post every time i complete a drawing #it will motivate me to do the next one #i’m waiting until they’re all done before i post them though bc i don’t want to just like…. do one #& then abandon the project & not draw anyone else’s OCs….#i was up until 3am…… i was drawing though #i figured if i’m gonna be awake i may as well do something??#idk i don’t usually do stuff after like… 10 bc my brain is like… we have to work during NoRmAl PeOpLe HoUrs blehhhhhh #but i said fuck it this time & it turned out p good actually!!#i took a peak at the syllabus for one of my courses next term & i’m actually…. kind of excited about it #it’s one of the few cinema studies courses i get to take as an english major (usually those courses are reserved for cinema majors)#& it’s literally just watching a bunch of movies!!!! we’ll even be watching one of the movies that’s been #on my watchlist for a while so i’m pretty stoked about that actually #i would love to study cinema but it seems like such a useless major in terms of like. getting a job.#& i’m saying that as an english major. which is largely regarded as a useless major #i personally would argue that but well. i’m biased.#n e way.#rainyrambles

having substantial OC thoughts for the first time in what feels like months…..

#yay. yaaaaaayyyyyyy.#suzie’s whole family dynamic is changing #so is her name #sue is one of those characters that i have just. never been able to connect with #& while laying in bed awake last night (my sleep schedule is absolutely fucked btw. was awake until 7am)#it was just like….. suddenly i understood everything about her #it was a moment of sudden realization. like. oh THAT’S why you’re like that. ok.#i’ve also decided to make sere jax‘s half sister instead of full sister #this is relevant to sue’s storyline since jax & sue are very much involved #i’ve also been thinking more & more about kel’s relationship with dhes’ family since…#his relationship with his own parents is literally nonexistent. abysmal even.#this is very exciting. having oc thoughts is so awesome.#n e way. i’m gonna start drawing other people’s OCs today !!#idk when i’ll finish w it though bc i kinda want to experiment style wise #i want to find something between the going left squishy style & the more realistic painty style…#something i can use for mbz comics basically….#ok. bye.#rainyrambles

finally finished cricket's group

It's unfair how time with you feels so short. How the last 10 years have felt like no time at all. I like to think there are other versions of us out there, somewhere. Maybe in another timeline, another universe. I like to think we find each other no matter where we are or what we're doing. That we're together and happy and I get to love you in a dozen different lifetimes. That's what I hope, anyway. And I hope when this lifetime ends, we get to start over and do it all again. Because once just isn't enough. Not for me. Not with you.
