@everyone who follows me who is yyet to watch this show. PLEASE watch it on US Netflix when it comes out. I KNOW Season 1 is kind of reeeallly slow and hard to get through 

Like the OP said you prob shouldnt skip it but if you eventually must then you wont miss any major plotpoints starting season 2 tbh (just like 3 episodes in S1 you should watch or otherwise you’ll be a bit confused later)

Just please give this show a shot the writing is so phenomenal. Season 2 and especially 3and 4 are everything I love

Omg! Christmas AGAIN XD

So, I was watching this course on motion design by Ryan Summers, very interesting, technical and very insightful about the industry.

And THEN. Class 5 is about his work with two other guys from Imaginary Forces on Person of Interest!! Can you imagine? One hour of behind-the-scenes about the visual development of POI! Still can’t believe I’m learning from industry pros who worked on one of my fave shows.

And I’ve yet to watch class 6 which is the second part of that ^^

About the class, I love how Ryan is the opposite of Andrew Karmer! He wanted to push things so much, it became overcomplicated real fast. He likes refined stuff and putting in the effort if necessary. Whereas Andrew from Video Copilot is more of a DIY, McGyver kind of motion designer. Sometimes he slaps things together in a shockingly scandalous way but since the final result looks good, it’s okay to work like that XD

And, in the end Ryan did the simple stuff and it worked just fine and it was still amazing. So I guess moral of the story, less is more!

Finally got around to playing Undertale.  Undyne was a really neat character that seemed ripe for a more realistic adaptation.  This may or may not serve as concepts for a further illustration. I designed her armor with a shell motif, because its her thorny shell that belies a more friendly interior.
