How do you guys overcome insecurities

#its gotten so bad #so so bad #i have pcos so i have a lot of hair growth #my face has hyperpigmentation scars all over it #i also have a skin conditions on my arms #i dont like my body all that much #and some days its debilitating #i cannot function or look in the mirror or believe that anyone can like me #im so close to self sabotaging my relationships because i cant seem to believe a person when they say they find me beautiful #it physically hurts me to look down on my skin #i js wanna feel normal #i dont want to feel this pathetic #but i do #i dont know how to stop #ive tried so much but when i look in the mirror all i see is someone so ugly #i use makeup to cope and now i have a dependency on it #its not healthy none of it is #but idk how to fix it #i dont want to be the unhealthy toxic one in my relationships whos insecurities ruin everything #but i seem to be just that

My phones starting to me boring to me now and ita like airs filling my lungs again
