KING / coming to africa i had in mind the exact photograph i wanted of a lion — one walking majestic in the grasslands w wind in his mane. we tried every day, but was disappointed to only see sleeping ones. it was only till the morning of our last game drive that we saw heaps of jeeps from afar and knew from experience now that something was up. we drove over, and there they were. standing in the cold winds for close to an hour, we saw him stir from his sleep, snuggle, and finally rise from slumber, w wind in his mane. it wasnt like the photograph i had imagined, but that hour of watching this lion in the wild was more than what i thought i wanted :’) (at Serengeti National Park) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bmsb_IlHmlEm3r4P5xgm_rdkkvC2I4V5ocQ2to0/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=ydbuqj5cqx9x
