also i love your art so much, i may share it with some of my mutuals a bit more.
It is merely a silly thing! One of my sonas is a little creature called the Weaver and she is usually a weird little animal. Think a deer crossing sign but it's a little brown puffball of a beast
Im turning evil and putting my like. 3 pressure ocs in Starbound (actually i have... 6... but one of them is a sea bunny that I'm putting in Rain World and the other 2 are literally vending machines)
I looove the plot of like. Isolated science facility experiences horrible disaster and chaos ensues. Except for this, I'm going for a research base on a remote moon
The moon base exists to research a bunch of stuff, including erchius fuel (headcanon that erchius is not the only possible ship fuel, but it's one of the few that allows for FTL travel; the base is studying how that actually works), black stars (Frackjn Universe star type), etc.
When Earth is destroyed, weird stuff starts happening with erchius. Erchius ghosts start appearing, that one mining facility finds the erchius horror, etc. In the moon base, the erchius fuel and black star samples mutate into weird void creatures and things go badly very quickly
Normally people would attempt evacuating, but 1. they recently got the transmission abt earth's destruction so they don't know if earth still exists or not, and 2. the erchius fuel on the ships mutated into void so now FTL travel isn't possible
im redesigning and modifying the lore of some pressure-inspired rw ocs so theyre like. a liiiitle bit more different
First is Lucid Warnings, 2nd is Ambiguous Misleadings, and 3rd is the Panopticon
Panopticon is a fucked up experiment that Cannot die due to extreme regeneration abilities. A while ago it escaped the lab it was trapped in for centuries (again, it can't die even of old age).
Lucid Warnings / The Imaginary was originally an ordinary pearl sent by Crimson Leaves to the factory complex that would soon name itself Fifth Act. When the factory tried to read the pearl, the pearl's data got corrupted. Unable to read it, the factory stored it for later... only for it to get stolen by a creature. Since then the Imaginary has gone from creature to creature, eventually ending up in the Panopticon's possession.
Somehow, both of them end up in the Mirror World, where they discover Lucid Warning's Mirror World counterpart, the Blunder. Blunder was once an overseer that was somehow programmed incorrectly. The overseer was destroyed and its eye thrown away because it was really annoying.
